Debbie C. Howes was born on July 16th 1955 and passed away on August 13th 2018. She is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery in Newburgh, IN. She was married to Keith Howes for over 25 years, had 2 sons Brandon and Brett, and 7 grandchildren. She grew up in Evansville, IN where she attended North High School and graduated from Central High School in 1973. She lived in Newburgh, IN for over 29 years. Her parents are buried at Locust Hill Cemetery in Evansville. She had 7 siblings: Terry, Jerry (deceased), Keith, David, Daniel (deceased), Kathy, Frank, and Paula.
She contributed much of her time researching and documenting Genealogy and Memorials.
She was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
