RE: Ken Savino
So sorry to hear about your cousin. I'm not sure what happened? I used to live in Alger and went to school with his son Justin. I saw about his passing on Facebook and put him in on Find A Grave.

RE: Joseph& Katherine Savage Memorials
Hi Sandy,

No, I'm not related to your Aunt Katherine. I left her the "aunt" token because of your message to her. I wish I could answer the questions for you but I can't. She has no descendants; no cousins or anyone who knew her?

I'm sorry I can't help.

RE: Josephine Singer
Please show that she's buried at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain Cty, Ohio and I'll add the headstone photos, then delete my memorial. Alternately, we can have them combined. Thank you.

RE: Stealing a Obituary
Sorry I didn't know you got from the news paper. All I know is this one day it's is gone from mine. I looked at cemetery where he's bury and he's on Find A Grave but it it's under your name and not mine anymore.I put it on here when he first passed away. It's completely gone from mine now. He was one of our best friends and he was in our wedding almost 35 years ago. That's why I'm pissed. What would think if this happened to you ? And yes I would a transfer please. Thanks Omit

RE: David T. O'Connor
Good morning, Sandy! You are aware, of course, that Find A Grave has specifically approved the addition of death certificate images to memorial pages. Click here and look at the very top for this "frequently asked question" (FAQ). But, since I'm in a good mood today, I will accede to your request. And, by the way, why haven't you added David's middle name "Thomas" and linked him to his parents Cornelius and Mary, both of whom appear to be in the same cemetery? Have a nice weekend. Tom in Kansas City, Missouri

Done - my apologies - sometimes when using the new beta tool, it fails to tell you if there's already a photo in place.

BOOK: The 1924 Tornado in Lorain & Sandusky: Deadliest in Ohio History
I assume you already know about this book since you have been doing research of the 1924 Tornado ... but I thought I'd give you a link to it just in case ...

"The 1924 Tornado in Lorain & Sandusky: Deadliest in Ohio History"
by Betsy D'Annibale

Page 118 is the list of victims ...

There are photos inside as well ... just thought I'd give you the info even though I assume you already know about this book.

Dan Foisy
RE: Louis Foisy
Sandy, thanks for the quick reply! I thought it might have been from a newspaper article, by the way it reads. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of him right now, but I'm trying to see if one of my Aunts or Uncles might have one. He is their Grandfather and they were all born after he was killed in the tornado. I do know that his real name was Jean-Baptiste Louis Foisy and he was born in Quebec, Canada. He came to the States in the 1890s. I'll let you know if I find a picture!

Again, thanks for the quick reply, and good luck with your research! It's an interesting subject!
