Mary Taylor
Hi Rebecca,
You have a Memorial for Mary Taylor. Her husband is John. Do you know if he is in the same cemetery or if his grave is near hers?
Thank you for any help.

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for all the photos you've taken over the years. I recently visited the Green Cemetery, and took the above photo 3 minutes before you took yours, but mine is almost totally in a shadow. Taken on April 17th. Do you happen to remember what month you took yours, even tho it was back in 07? I think the month not the 3 minutes is making the difference. Thank you.

Thanks for the transfer of the Caleb & Hannah (Jordan) Denton memorials in the Whaley Lake Cemetery. The Dentons are my gggg grandparents so I will take good care of the memorials and thanks for creating them in the first place.

John Augustus Yates/Memorial #110161561
Hello, Ms. Rebecca:

My friend and I are researching his Yates family.
Is there a copy of the groundkeeper's records stating the date of death of John Augustus Yates that you can forward to me.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Old South East Cemetery
I'm doing research on my family and it appears that
you have taken quite a few pictures of there graves in that cemetery. My family are the Swenson's and Gay's and a few more there. Thank you so much for doing this research, because I live in Ohio it is difficult for me to get pic's of ancestors headstones. I do plan to visit this area in near future.

Thank you so much for the transfer. Her dates are updated and she has been linked with her parents.

Caleb & Hannah Denton

I wonder if you would consider transferring the memorials of Caleb Denton, 49441401, and his wife Hannah, 49441431, to me--they are my gggg grandparents.

Also, do you have a record of where you got the year of Hannah's death (1854) from?

I saw her grave in 1999 and copied the year as 1851. I later came across the 1850 census that has him as 84 and her as 80. His death year (1853) is certain--I have seen his estate file. If both died at age 90, as their grave stones say, and she was roughly 4 years younger than he was, she would have died about 1857. I wonder if her grave actually gave the death year as 1857 and I copied the 7 as a 1 (the 2 numbers can look maddeningly alike on old graves). Anyway, with the information I have available to me at present, that is my working theory and the reason I'm curious about the 1854 year.

When I last saw the grave, in Oct 2011, it was broken near the base and had toppled over. I couldn't make out any part of the former inscription.

Thanks for creating the memorials. Someone pointed them out to me and suggested I link their daughter Phebe (Denton) Dibble, my ggg grandmother to her parents. I didn't know that the Whaley Lake Cemetery existed on findagrave and was very happy to find out that it did.
