Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired health care professional who is interested in genealogy among other things. I grew up on Long Island, went to school in Texas and Georgia, lived and worked in North Carolina and have recently relocated to South Carolina. I enjoy hiking and am always pleased to come across old, out of the way, cemeteries. I've been trying to locate family graves in Pennsylvania and was using Find a Grave when it occured to me that I would enjoy helping others trying to find graves. Please note that as of 2015, I will no longer be making edits to any memorials that I have created unless accompanied by documentation of the edit requested. In absence of documentation, I invite you to request that I transfer the memorial to you for you to do with as you like. I am not a "numbers" person.

Benjamin Bennett Memorial 101107219
Hi Pamela,

I am guessing you are referring to the above memorial. I purchased the cemetery records for my Becroft and Bennett family at Green-wood in Lot 20821. Not sure whether I wrote the bio on here before or after I received them. You can probably find the lot associated to Gertrude at the Green-Wood site tho sometimes the information is not there or wrong.

http://www.green-wood.com/burial_search/

If you want to discuss further, please feel free to email me -- I know there was an affidavit in the cemetery records that discussed the Bennetts and I can pull it out if need be. Happy Hunting! Judi

Greg Hamilton, Memorial # 159999937
Thank you for the splendid photos of Greg's final resting place. I am very happy with the clarity and just all-round quality of both pictures. And thank you for being a findagrave volunteer!

Regards,

RE: Maria Anna Klipperhahn
A full explanation for the photo of the numbered marker is in the caption. There is no marker on the grave site. The photo with the numbered stone is there to prove that the empty location is not some random open space but a true depiction of the location of the unmarked grave.

If you'd like me to remove it, I will. Just let me know.

RE: Maria Anna Klipperhahn
There are no photos on the Maria Anna Klipphahn (not Klipperhahn) memorial, which is number 147813690 not 11737681. That memorial is for a Philip Fuhrman.

There is no memorial for anyone named Klipperhahn, but I thought there had been. Did you remove it?

I believe I took a photo of the area where the grave is. There was no stone on the grave. I sometimes photograph the unmarked grave to show its location even though there is no stone. That may havbe ben the photo you saw, but I cannot find it anywhere on the site. Is there another "Klipphahn spelling?

Stoebener Wilkes-Barre City Cemetery
Could you request name edits for this family please. They are all listed under different spellings. You would know which one is best to use. The stone on the mother and father have a different spelling also. I added a general picture to the childrens graves with the fathers' footstone. If you would rather the parents headstone picture with a note let me know. I think I sent these to your email if not let me know and I will get them to you.

Stoebner
There are no stones for the children The parents share a stone and have individual foot stones.
There are multiple spelling between the records and the stone; Stoebener is on the stone - Stuebner is on Jacob's memorial page - Steubner is on Anna's memorial page and the children's memorial spellings are Stobner with 2 dots over the o. I have up loaded the photos to Anna and Jacob.

Stobner with 2 little dots over the o.
There are 3 in this plot
Jacob 1852 - 4years Croup
Catherina 1856 -1 year fits
Anthony Jacob 1858 -1 year drowned
Are these the correct family members?
would you like Mrs. Buss and Jean Rosengrant transfered also? THEY ARE ALL ON THE SAME STONE.
