RE: Lorne Collins
Yeah it seems they came over when Thomas was born, its possible his mothers maiden name was Hamilton. That's what his middle name appears as and a few people on Ancestry seem to think so but no sources of course :). My branch of from Tipperary

RE: Lorne Collins
My family came over 1817-1823 and the only name we have from Ireland is Irish Collins. Pretty sure it's just a fill in name used but back then who knows. I thought this family might have more being closer to the famine time period.

RE: Lorne Collins
Yeah given me a bit of a project as well. My mom saw a picture of Lorne and it's a splitting image of her uncle. I'm trying to figure out where in Ireland they came from but unfortunately I've had no luck yet.

RE: Lorne Collins
They would be connected through Mannas son William, David, James, Harold. I've created the links on here so you can follow the family to Harold.

Lorne Collins
Hey Shirley, do to you know of the Lorne Collins family that is related to you and currently in London? Mom knows them and got talking since her maiden name is Collins as well so thought we'd see if there was a link but doesn't look that way yet.

Thank you, Shirley. I appreciate it. Thank you for the hard work you have done over the years. I deleted mine. I don't come on here much. But was at the cemetery today & the anniversary of Gran's death is tomorrow. 😢

RE: Henry & Albert Collins
Shirley, I have created profiles for Henry Collins #172309752 and Albert H. Collins #172309953. If you obtain any new info, we can insert it at that time.
