I have hoped I could locate some sort of death notice for him so far I have been unable to locate one. My gg-grandmother was Clarinda Westmoreland James one of his daughters.
He was married twice:
1st Polly Ann Herring when she died about a year later he married Alba Welsh she was the daughter of Daniel Welsh. I don't know when they moved to Texas. From what I understand both Zadock and Alba died in a Yellow Fever Epidemic in Red River, Texas.
His Father is John Westmoreland. I do have Rachel Ford Westmoreland's will.

With my regards,

I'm not sure when I will be able to take the picture of his grave, but it ought to be within 5 days or so.

While I'm there, I will also take pictures of the graves of his wife and two daughters Lois and Mildred and Mildred's husband Jake. Mildred and Jake are only one row back from John, Nora, and Lois.

I also asked that links in Find a Grave be added to Nora and their two daughters. This has been done already.

I am sorry but I do not know where his widow/wife is buried. I am slowly making my way around this cemetery. If you call Restlawn and get the location of her burial I will gladly go and look for it. Thanks, Nikki!

Thank you for the suggestion. However I am not familiar with the use of the word "enum" Please clarify and I'll be happy to make the change. As you can tell the grave stone is highly weathered.

Hilliar Marlow

(Thank you for posting this memorial.

Have you been able to find where Hilliah (Hillary?) MARLOW (enum 1850 next to James & Mary) is buried?

Any comments will be appreciated.)

Not sure if I answered this or not. My pc messed up and now I am trying to deal with Win 10 and it has been a 'trying time'.

Anyway, Hilliar & his wife are supposed to be buried in the Capt James Marlow family cemetery that was located on Capt James Marlow's land. Hilliar and family lived nearby. Hope this is of some help to you. If you have anymore questions just go to one of my memorials and leave a message on the editing part.

Elsie
