Permission is freely given to copy photos uploaded by me at Findagrave. If you wish to ADD or EDIT biographical data on a page maintained by me, PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB on the upper right side of each person's memorial page. Registration on Findagrave is first required, and is free. I try to check this site a couple of times a week. Please be patient if I don't get to your edit request ASAP. |
MANY thanks to our splendid hosts at Findagrave! (now owned by Ancestry.com/) Findagrave enabled the option of linking families years after I uploaded my grave data. If you find people not yet linked to their parents, use the EDIT button to notify me.
Did you know Findagrave is one of the top genealogy sites? Grave markers deteriorate or are swept away by hurricanes, floods, strip shopping malls, new homes, or neglect. Please snap photos to preserve on Findagrave or to another family history website. FYI: Years ago when I first uploaded hundreds of grave photos, Findagrave had a limit of under 300 kb per photo--unlike today. Many of my photos are therefore cropped and quite small. I regret not saving the originals, but storage space was limited and time consuming in the days before thumb drives, apps and virtual clouds.
NOTE: I've sponsored many memorials because "sponsored" pages are allowed up to twenty photographs. Unsponsored memorials are limited to five images. Unable to upload a photo to your ancestor's memorial? Email the image to me and I will upload it.

Always glad to help when I can

I haven't played any role on this site, but I appreciate your fixing my ggf's date!
Thanks for the work you do!

|SAC||Austin Smith Perryman|
I am his great granddaughter Shirley.
I was born in Feb 1945. Both of my mother's grandfathers died just before I was born.
This one died in December 44 and the other one died in February 45. I have been told this many times, because they did not tell her about their deaths until after I was safely born! So I am sure of the date.
Thanks for the work you do in cemeteries. If I got around better than I do, I would add this to my volunteer duties. As it is, I am working hard to digitize my immense family history and preserve for future generations.
You could also add children if you like: Charles Austin 1888-1976, Warren Smith 1892-1960, Gladys 1893-1971 (this is the great aunt who helped me with my family history from the 8th grade on), Hattie Parthenia 1897-1952 my grandmother, Ollie Grace 1905-1985
Thanks again firstname.lastname@example.org

|Kindred Families||Fannie D Key|
Thank you for transferring Fannie Key to me, as I'm pretty sure she is my 4th great aunt.
I didn't realize that this is what I was asking, but I will try to add a biography and eventually link to relatives.
Again thank you!
I remember Reed Ackley & "Aunt Dutch" . She was
a sister to my husband's Dad, Frank Lord
I keep in touch with their daughter.

Thank you very very much Norton for your prompt
correction to information on David Angus Taylor.
I have a serious Low Vision problem and see I made 2 spelling errors.
Richard Taylor & Mary Ann Stewart were married in
(MEIGS (correct spelling) county TN.
Richard is buried in AKINS Cemetery in Sallisaw
Thanks for the great job you are doing.
Hope I got the spelling all right. I have lots of relatives in Sennett.

I am the granddaughter of David Angus Taylor and would like to give you a correction. Although, Grandpa Taylor died when I was an infant I lived in Keystone area until I was 27yrs old and also I have done my Family History since the 1970s. It has been my passion.
My Grandmother was Mary Ann Allen (NOT STEWART) AND MARRIED TO David Angus Taylor. Grandma's parents, Nancy TRUE-ALLEN % Andrew Jackson ALLEN, both buried in Pawnee OK.
Grandpa Taylor's mother was Mary Ann Stewart and married to Richard Taylor. Both were born in Tennessee and married in Meets Co TN They left TN
in the late 1860s and Mary Ann Stewart Taylor died in AR and Richard & children went on to Sequoyah Co OK (Indian Territory) and he is buried in Akas Cemetery in Sallisaw OK.
