RE: Pariseau
Go figure, Leon ! Really ! hahahaha ! Now to find where they buried him. There was the plot with Verginie, wonder why they did'nt put them together. But mystery solved, just can't get over this one. There are several I cannot find in Vermont too. Have all the info but no graves. May not be logged yet ? But I have at least gotten the right people together. Thank You for all your help. It is greatly appriciated.

I got the death Cert. for Pierre/Peter Pariseau. I am in SCHOCK.

He is listed as LEON PARISEAU. Wife Jennie Mousette. Death November 18th, 1935. Widowed, 77 years, 3 months. Residence and death place 281 Britton Street. Chicopee, Ma. Birth place is Douglas, as I have birth record, Fardina Pariseau. Date of record November 26th, 1935. They state he is buried in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley, Ma.

When I wrote to Notre Dame I gave them Pierre/Fardina names as well as Virgenie Mousette, wife grave info. They said no Peter/Pierre in Notre Dame or Precious Blood. there is just this exact wording for Type and Place of Disposition.
-------/Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley, Ma.

He was named Fardina in town hand written 1866, born in Douglas town records.Pierre is his middle name, which he later went by after 1880 marraige. Other Could Death record be that wrong ?

RE: Pierre ? Peter ? Fardina PARISEAU

Got some news. My cousin in Canada did some explaining the Canadian names. Due to the heavy French accent, Fardina is Fortunat. I have seen that on a few records. He believes the true name Fortunat Pierre most likely. Like the Germans naming all Freidrich, August and Anton changing the middle , that is they name they go by. So, this helps but not really. It does say in all of the census he could not read or write, so who knows.

RE: Pierre ? Peter ? Fardina PARISEAU

Birth - Reina Houle born to a FARDINA AND PHILOMINE 7/1/1882-2/2/1888

PIERRE 8/8/1884 - 2/1/1888 BOTH died of Croup.

My Fardine/Pierre's father remarried a Hermine Bieneveau had a son Adolphus in Oct. 10, 1864. Fardina died 7/10/1866. I trace a ALMENIA/ELMINIA to Holyoke. She's living with an Eduard Houle on Fountain Street in Holyoke. She has a son Edward in the same year. Which would make him a Pariseau. then they have Joseph in 1868, Phillip in 1884 and an Alma in 1889 alive in the 1880 census. WHICH IS WHERE FARDINA AND VERGINIE MOUSETTE LIVE AFTER THEIR MARRAIGE IN 4/1880.

I believe or guess Hermine/Elmina came to Holyoke to be with Fardina brothers Antione/ Vitaline Morin and another brother who are buried in same area. Antione traveled back to Vermont to settle father Antiones estate, thats attatched to my tree.

am i crazy ? why would death and birth records of Regina and Pierre state that a Fardina and Philomene are their parents. both are dead , Coinicence that theres a Fardina HOULE and a Philomene ? with the last name Houle ? CRAZY.

GUESSING, marraige records for Fardina states that his parents are Fardina and Philomene FORTIN> Or Fortier. The Philomene can be confused with french accent as Hermiene/ Almine. but Bieneveau is far from Fortin/Fortier.

RE: Pierre ? Peter ? Fardina PARISEAU

I have death info from family notes. stated he died October 18th 1935. BUT, I've also got the alternate date of Nov. 18th, 1935 which i think is the recorded date. If i had to guess he was still on Britton Street. Was there in his old house as a boarder in the 1930 census. he could have moved to another address on Britton sons Louis Pariseau. I just cannot understand how there's no recording of his death. It would have had to be recorded somewhere. Ever seen anything like this before ?

Pierre ? Peter ? Fardina PARISEAU
Hello Again,

Still looking for info on my great grandfather Pierre.

Can you give me info to where I can get a copy of his death certificate so i can see the info on it.

As i have stated before I have three first names for him. Marraige says born in Canada. Two months later 1880 hes a boarder stating born in Mass. I believe he was born in Douglas 8/8/1859 to FARDINA and Philomene Fortin.

Birth , Marraige and border to 1880 he goes be Fardina. 1900 forward either Pierre or Peter. Listed as Pierre in 1917 on stone for great grandma Virgenie Moussette Pariseau as you know.

so i think my only step is to get actual death cert. I'm in california so its impossible for me to get to hall of records.

look forward to speaking with you again.

Thank You,
