Samuel Marion Post
Dear Marie,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History and Roster of the 355th Infantry, 89th Division, Samuel Marion Post also belongs to this unit.

I'm not sure where my project is headed, but I do want to eventually publish something. When I do, may I use your photograph of the grave of Samuel Marion Post (Find A Grave Memorial# 12252035)?

Thank you,

Bryan Anderson

Dear Marie,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History and Roster of the 355th Infantry, Samuel Post was a member of this unit.

I'm not sure where I'm headed with my project, but I want to eventually publish something, perhaps a book. Would it be permissible to use your photograph of Samuel Marion Post's gravestone from Findagrave? The id is:

Find A Grave Memorial# 12252035

Thank you!

With warm regards,

Bryan Anderson

RE: Jean M. Post
I think that the Jean Post that I had is not the one that is part of my Post family. I've changed her parents and transferred management to you.

RE: Jean M. Post
Thanks for the information on Jean. I was wondering why I couldn't find her in any census records. Who was her husband? Clifford and Charlotte were my grandfather's brother and sister-in-law. He died in 2012 so I don't have him around to ask for help.

RE: Charles Carsley
It's beyond sad, Marie... It's down right disrespectful and pathetic. As William Gladstone said;

"Show me the manner in which a nation or community cares for it's dead and I will measure with mathematical exactness the tender mercies of it's people, their respect for the law of the land, and their loyalty to high ideals.

William Gladstone (1809-1898)

Hi Marie,
I received your edit request for Hellen Schermerhorn. I'm not sure what you wanted done based on the content of your edit request. Her parents do not have memorials that I could locate. If you have found memorials for them, please send me their ID numbers and I will be happy to link them. Thanks!
