|Anne Critcher Clark ||RE: Betty (Landon) Carter|
Hi Lindsay! Betty Carter was my 8th great-grandmother and the picture I posted is from a published family history book, so please feel free to copy the picture!
I don't know how much information you want?
Betty LANDON Carter was born in 1683 in a place called Credenhill (Hertfordshire) England. She is the daughter of Thomas LANDON, born 1648 at Credenhill (Hertfordshire) England and Mary St. LEGAR (estimated birth about 1645 from the records I have seen so far, but not "solid" enough evidence for me to count on).
She married Richard WILLIS at Grendall (Hertfordshire) England in 1701. I don't know of any children were born during her marriage to Richard WILLIS but that doesn't mean there aren't any. I just did not record them in my records. Her marriage to Robert CARTER of "Corotoman" (Lancaster) Virginia, produced ten children that I know of (several who died in infancy).
I have more information and the sources, as well as family information that was left to me. Please let me know what you want, I can probably send you a file and provide you a list of the sources you can look at.
Hope that helps "cousin"! Best regards, Anne
Thank you so much for finding, photographing and posting the photos of Fabian's markers. I greatly appreciate it.
Might I have your permission to use them in my family tree software?

Good morning Lindsay,
I had visited Martha Traverso's grave many years ago and did not realize that her husband was buried there. I always wondered where he was buried. He was there the entire time and I missed him. I am interested in a picture of his headstone. I created a memorial for him and linked him to his wife, Martha. His memorial number is
