In 1999, my wife and I began our genealogy research. This is truly a "never ending" task.|
Primary surnames of interest are: PEARCE, JONES, DUKE, BUMPASS; GRANT; COLVIN; YEARY; COTTON; CHURCHWELL; WHERRY.
The one good thing about genealogy research - the majority are more than willing to assist.
I've had contact with a lot of contributors and have only found one that was not gracious, helpful, courteous and more than willing to assist in my quest for the facts.
I'm in the process of gathering info concerning graduates from Richardson High School, Richardson, TX, for placement in the virtual cemeteries section. Primarily looking for those graduating prior to 1955. Also looking for info concerning former teachers at RHS.
Would also appreciate any corrections/additions you might suggest.

I have been researching the Packard family for many years and have info on "Banks" McCrum, first husband of Alaska Packard. He died in Youngstown on Monday August 17, 1908 and was buried in Oak Hill cemetery on Wednesday August 19, 1908. There is no marker, but the records show Row 26, Space 40.Cause of death is Tuberculous.

No, I did not know him. I just happened to photograph that area of the cemetery. Seemed to be a great guy!

Thank you so much! That is really neat that you knew him!! Would you possibly have a photo of him or know where I can obtain one? I appreciate your response.

This is my 4th great grandfather. If he's not an ancestor of yours, would you please transfer the memorial to me? I have been researching this family and have found that most of the trees on Ancestry are 1) undocumented and 2) incorrect.
