Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am Penny Adkisson Pennington from Morgan County ,Tennessee.
I grew up in Coalfield, Tennessee and now live in Knoxville, Tn.
I have had the pleasure of traveling to Pennsylvania/Maryland to my daughters, to Paducah,KY, Ohio, WVa and Va for work so, if I find a cemetery I look for these names or varations of the this "Ammons", "low/Lowe& lough's", "Atkinson's" plus Brewer's and Moon's my daughters names.

If any of you Morgan, county, Tenn. folks can place a name on any grave site in the old or New Petros Cemeteries, I would like to add them to their proper cemetery and a least put up a wooden cross bearing their name. I have 17 or so in the new cemetery and many in the old never had stone to being with. I have described locations within the yard as well as photos of the sites in the unknown's listed in both. email me and I'll meet you for markings.

I often give permission to use my photos, however it has been brought to my attention that my photos are being sold.! Added to discs that are being used for gain...DO NOT SELL MY PHOTO!
You may use for family trees and your own family business but no ancestry discs/ for person gain.

RE: McBath
Yes, it has been called Childs Cemetery and labeled that incorrectly for some time. I have no idea where that name originally come from, but the cemetery is labeled as that on Google Maps and on the property data I believe . The sign is going to be replaced with one that says McBath Cemetery. I have confirmed McBath Cemetery is the official name per old obituaries and Robert McGinnis's records.

Stone inscription inquiry
I know this is a real long shot, but I am wondering if by any chance you know any of the four line inscription at the bottom of the tombstone of Mary Anne Brown (died 1854, Monroe Co., Ohio) that you have posted.

Hi Penny,

Thanks once again for the photo's. I already submitted an edit for an incorrect entry for my brother's D.O.B which reads 03/06/1960 and should have been 03/06/1950. Also, after printing the entry for my records I noticed that the date of his death is also incorrect. It reads June 06,1979 and should read, May 06,1979. I attempted to submit another request for an edit but the system would not allow me to do so.

Kindest Regards

RE: Herstal Rayder, Petros
Hi Penny,
I see that you declined my edit for the Hurstle Rayder. General reason: Not accurate - Their data conflicts with my data.
That edit no longer exists and I don't keep separate records of all the edits that I submit. I would appreciate your telling me what my inaccurate edit was for Hurstle. I'm always keen on learning from my mistakes.
Which Overton was Minnie married to and who was Herstal's father?
Thanks, Buddy

RE: henry
thanks so much. I would not have known about the memorial you created if you had not sent me some kind of weird info regarding my memorial and the memorial number you created. since you knew of mine and you gave me the number of yours,i took from that you had no intentions of deleting yours. I can understand looking and not finding one, but once you see one has already been created then must delete the one you created. been there and had to do it so I know it kinda hurts. sorry if there is any misunderstanding but you got to see my point. best of luck
