|I have been very interested in Genealogy since the death of my grandmother. She had been the Genealogist in the family for my entire life and she loved it. I have fond memories of hanging out at libraries as she searched thru microfilm and old books. |
I am trying to update and compiled information on her family lines and start some research on my father's line which is fractured and a challenge!
In building a family tree on-line, I discovered Findagrave and am hooked!

Thank you for creating the memorial, and for editing it. I neglected to thank you in 2014. Sorry for late reply.

I am new to Lawrence (down from Atchison KS) and plan on getting back into graving this year.
I see you posted a map of Memorial Park Cemetery here. Would there be a chance I could get a copy from you? My email is on my profile page.
If you are in the Lawrence area, would like to meet you someday.
Have a great day :)

Was wondering if you are not related to the Whitkanack Family if I could have them? They married into my Walls Family and would love to maintain them.

I wasn't intending that the Pain memorials be transferred to me, and I only wished to see the current information about them to be amended and improved.

Wishing you a safe and happy new year, CH.
I always appreciate your help with documenting so many of the memorials here in Kansas City.
Here's to teamwork!

I recently went to Zenor Cemetery south of Bowling Green, Indiana, and photographed several headstones & created a memorial.
During my research, I found several memorials you created, and placed them in the wrong cemetery. You started memorials for Lyda, Henry, Nancy, and Samantha Houk, and placed them in Zenor Cemetery North. They're actually in Zenor Cemetery with their parents: William and Elizabeth Houk.
Zenor Cemetery North is on State Road 42 just east of State Road 59 (Clay County, Indiana).
Zenor Cemetery is south of State Road 46, and south of Bowling Green, Clay County, Indiana.
They're about 10 miles apart.

Thank you for the memorial transfers, I'll send request to you for others. I appreciate your work with Find A Grave memorials.
|Stuart Weddle||Tuggle monuments|
I researched the "type" of mounments in order to write the TUGGLE bio's. The references mentioned a symbolic broken chain was often part of the statue for these type of monuments. If the chain was present I wanted to mention it. I'd hoped additional photos could show that. I'll have to make a return visit.
|Stuart Weddle||Jonanthan Tuggle monment|
Would you have any additional photos that showed a broken chain as part of either statue ?
