|While happy to transfer a memorial, please consider Find A Grave guidelines, which include:|
"Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."
"Explain your relationship in the request! Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer. Bulk surname requests should not be made."

Could you PLEASE stop creating memorials for people who are still living? The number in the subject...father of a dear friend, not dead. You also posted my father in law's before he was dead, just because they pre plan and buy a stone, if there is no death date on it please check your facts. Thank you

|junebug||Clara Myrtle (Hewitt) Hodson|
Clara is my Great Aunt. Her name is Clara Myrtle (Hewitt) Hodson. Azalea Faye Hodson is her daughter.
They are buried in Brookside Cemetery, Windfall, Tipton County, Indiana.
Clara was married to Ivan Cashus Hodson and they divorced.
She never remarried. Clara was the daughter of Marion and Lucinda (Willey) Hewitt. Her siblings names were entirely different from the ones the Find a Grave site. Her memorial is #74887389
Thank you for correcting her information.

Oh, and you have a duplicate for Elsie too (76087163). Merge the two or remove the duplicate. Please and thank you.
|Alex P. Reed||Wilbur Collins|
There is 2 memorials of him in Brookside Cemetery, Windfall, Indiana (76086215 and 76087285) that you created. I sent edits for one of them, as the dates were wrong. If you merge or remove the duplicate, can you also link Wilbur to his wife Elsie? Her memorial is 76086202. Please and thank you.
|Little Calamity||Follow-up on John Leavell of Brookside Cemetery|
I just checked Dora Otto Leavell, and he seems to be your John:
Note: Section CD, Row 6
Aged 15y, 10m, 27d.
Have you seen the tombstone at Brookside Cemetery? Does it say John, or John O, or Dora Otto Leavell? I know census records get really messed up during transcription.
The list of burials at Brookside/Windfall Cemetery at findagrave.com lists no John, but does have a Dora O Leavell, and there's a findagrave.com page at #74227099 for him.
|Little Calamity||John Leavell #82058878|
You have John dying in 1905 at age 16 and buried in Tipton County, Indiana, son of Scott Leavell and Mary (Davis) Leavell. I have Winfield Scott Leavell, husband of Sallie Smith and Louise Davis, whom he married 29 March 1883. There's no John Leavell in the 1900 census with them:
Source Citation: Year: 1900; Census Place: Cicero, Tipton, Indiana; Roll: 406; Page: 3B; Enumeration District: 121; FHL microfilm: 1240406.
Scott Leavell...47...Mar 1852...Iowa, IN, IN...teamster...married 17 years
Lou Leavell...45...Oct 1854...IN, OH, IN...4 children, 1 living
Dora Otto Leavell...Sept 1889...IN, IA, IN...son
I don't know of any other Scott Leavell in Tipton. Could you share a little more info? Scott was my father's 2nd cousin 3x removed.
