Hello Beverly, thank you for the photo added. Good work. It looks like the other photos were added by another contributor, so I don't have the ability to delete those photos, that can only be done by that contributor. All the best, Jeff.

Hello Beverly, Thank you for all your help. It would be great to have the D.C. of both mother and child for Mike's ancestry files of the Dalrymple family. Thanx, Sharon

RE: Margaret May Dalrymple
Hello Beverly, The name of the church was the Hampton Baptist Church and is located between Main Street and Lower Skillman Street. The building was Zimmermons Funeral Home, which closed, then sold and then then it became a private residence, but is currantly empty. At one time I believe the persons making it into a home wanted the graves relocated, but that never happened. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx, Sharon

Your welcome. I will tell Mike that you will find out the babies name and he can add it to his ancestry. Do you know, or know of anyone who knows anything about the small Baptist Cemetery in Hampton, NJ? My ancestors are buried in there, but several of the headstones are knocked down, missing , etc. My GGGrandfather, Mordecai Roberts Shrope and his wife, Hester are buried someplace in there. He was in the Civil War. His and Hester's obit is in the Washington Star newspaper, of which I have both. It took me a long time to find out where they were buried, but unfortunaelty now that I have, there is no headstone. I grew up in Hampton and that Cemetery used to have many headstones. I am not sure how to find out the plot they were buried in. I called the clerk in Hampton, but she was of no help. I also asked at the Flemington Historical Society and they suggested the town clerk. Any help you may be able to offer would be appreciated. Thanx, Sharon

Joseph Balliet
Hi Beverly,
I think you know me, I was in the Milford Historical Society before moving to Virginia. Here is my question: We don't know where Joseph Balliet is buried. His wife, Louisa, his son and his wife, William and Lydia are buried at the top of the hill on the right side, the tall obelisk. Joseph and Louisa moved from Easton to Milford sometime, I think, in the 1850's. My suspicion is Joseph also might be buried there, but never had his name on the stone. Is there a list somewhere of who is buried in the Union Cemetery? How would I find out? Any help might solve this mystery.

No, I fulfilled a request(s) for individuals in Lot 14870 section 172 awhile back. Good luck with your research!
