Bio and Links
Bio Photo I grew up in Winslow, Arizona and spent many years in Texas. I now live in Salt Lake City and am retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and Delta Air Lines. Once I found out how many of my relatives had memorials on Find A Grave and how many more needed to be created, I was hooked.

Iím currently creating memorials from African American death certificates in Texas. Just finished Wharton County and now working on Fayette County. I believe in adding as much info to a memorial as possible through the death certificate and This includes all birth and death info and connecting them to their parents if possible. The more you add, the easier it will be for future generations to find their ancestors. I always check to make sure Iím not creating a duplicate so, if you see one that Iíve overlooked, donít hesitate to let me know so I can delete mine.

Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

If you have extensive additions/changes to make to a memorial, please use the link under the "Edit" tab on the memorial.

RE: Robert Lee McCreight
You are very gracious, Tim--thank you! Since I've saved all my old cemetery block cards, I'm going through and adding exact locations.

RE: Jan Kip
Sure, Tim, I'd be very pleased to take ownership of Jan Kip's memorial. I appreciate your work very much. I have been an amateur genealogist in years gone by, and my work could not have been done without contributors like you.

RE: Jan Kip
Did you know him, Tim? I remember Jan Kip very well. He was the organist and my mother was the chorister on of the early church congregations we belonged to in Salt Lake City. That was almost 60 years ago. Thanks very much for creating a memorial for him.
