Most of my family settled in Adams and Brown counties, Illinois, therefore my focus has started in these areas.|
I am interested in helping other people find their families by entering memorials and filling photo requests. While I'm searching I take extra pictures to place on FAG.
Please notify me if you would like something added, corrected or deleted on a memorial that I have entered. I will respond to those that follow the Find a Grave guidelines and use the EDIT link on the memorial page.
Thanks to all who have helped with information, photos, additions and corrections.
My apologies to all who have sent me EDITS in the past few months... I no longer have internet at home so will only be able to check edits from time to time. If transfers are needed, they will be considered. Thanks for being so patient with me. cj

|glr||Editha P Brashear|
Good morning!.....just wanted to let you know that the Find A Grave page for Editha(#26570936) was made a little early...can that be deleted?.. She is alive and is 100 years old and in a care facility in Illinois...I am her niece by marriage and also just for accuracy sake, her husband P Eugene Brashier's (#26571053) last name is spelled wrong on his Find A Grave page, should be Brashear. Thank you so much for your help!....G. Ryan

Please change the name Irene to Iren. This is my great-uncle. I've added a picture of the grave stone.
Looking for obituary and information on W>D> Brown #78317449 and family members

I took the photo and it was indeed at the Abingdon, IL cemetery. I researched where the burial plot was and to the best of my abilities narrowed it down to the plot in the photo. The plot was very old with many markers either missing completely or illegible.

I wanted to thank you for putting the picture of my fathers gravestone on here. I have not made it back to Illinois since his death. I appreciate you!

I am going to go thru my list in next few days of all my pending edits that haven't been accepted. I think most I sent to you have been ok'd by now. I will just resend them as I come across them. I know many the other day showed up as no info different anymore so you must have updated several of your memorials on your own instead of accepting the edits. I just deleted those edits.

Another duplicate of your original memorials, this time for Dorothea Johnson # 26920473 and husband Bert # 26920496. The others are 85168729 & 85168817. They do have linked to correct parents for Dorothea.

Thanks so much for the info, I have passed it along to Alan Swearingen who created duplicate 130338922 of your 44789719.
I believe your way is probably the best for duplicates and I appreciate all your work.
I am going to email you in next couple days a few stones that I can't identify to see if on your cemetery listing.

CJ, Thanks for your little message, which brought me back to the biography of Augustus Dickson. I have added more to his biography and would love to hear anything more that you remember about Elsie or her family. Looking forward to hearing from you again. Sincerely, Baxter

Your Etta # 26201436 same as #75989480.
Tom & Nancy Gawthrop have copy of her obit on ancestry and does state Uniontown Cemetery as burial. I guess I will have to look up this cemetery in future since near Maquon.
And per my last message, are you able to just merge the two since yours was created first so then nothing is lost on either?
