I enjoy doing my family tree and I am so happy when I know where my family is buried. I wouldn't have all this info if it wasn't for all the good people that take the pictures and enter them on Find A Grave. I want to give back or pay it forward to all those looking for their families. I would also love to thank my husband, Bill, who comes with me on all of our trips to the many cemeteries in town and out of town. I couldn't do this without his love and support.|

|Vicki Hittson||RE: Hittson|
Hello Janet! Yes, I understand about the "one T." Betty changed it to separate herself from our family in Texas. Legally, it was always Hittson. I had no issues with her until the State of Texas put up the historical sign at Hittson, Texas east of Raton with one "t." The Texas Historical Association recognized the error.
I'm happy to meet you as a cousin! I have a lot of historical research to do this year at Ft Sumner and I hope I can meet you on one of my trips. I love driving through NM on roads that used to be cattle trails.
I will continue to use "one t" for Betty, but I'm sad that she couldn't recognize the man she married as William Hiriam Hittson.

Please, Janet, don't thank me. You are the one to be thanked for adding the obituaries for George Willis Lunsford and his wife Norine to their obituaries. Although I never met him, George was my second cousin. And you have done a wonderful job in creating his and his wife's memorials. Don't you just love this site and all the wonderful people on it? I certainly do.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just love the new edit system and linking family to each other.
