Would like permission to use the tombstone photo in my ancestry.com family file. If allowed, how would you like photo credit given? Thank you.

|Em||RE: Bamma and Moses Sloan|
On his social security application Moses gave his date of birth as 6 July 1901. I'm working on gathering solid evidence for Bamma. She reported in the 1940 census that she was 15 when she married in March of 1931. If she was actually born in 1919 she would have been 11 or 12 when she married, and given the fact that she had a baby less than a year later I think someone made a mistake on the headstone. I know it is technically possible for a 12 or 13 year old to conceive and birth a baby, but it just seems highly unlikely even for back then.

I've just come across your memorials for Bamma and Moses Sloan. I was so frustrated to see that the birth years on their headstones aren't correct! I have a little information on Bamma that could go in her bio, but I'm not sure how you want to go about doing that. Let me know.

|Stephen Wood||Also Looking for Samuel Lamb|
Similar to Josh Lamb I am interested where in Pennsylvania he is buried. He was living in Carlisle when he died in late 1700s. A picture of the headstone would be great too
|Beth Blair||Hoping you can be of some help|
This may be a bit long but I don't know how else to explain it. A dear friend of mine is the granddaughter of Wilson Leonard Hughes and Sarah Jane Bryant Hughes. Her death certificate shows that her parents were Nathan Bryant and Nancy Stanley. I found them in the 1850 census in Fannin County and Jane was born in 1851 if my memory is correct. Nancy was born in Fannin County according to Jane's death certificate, but I can't seem to find her. My friend mentioned "Aunt Vian" as she called her who was married to Evan Hughes at the time of his death in Georgia. Wilson was another of Jerry and Myra Hughes' sons so I am thinking he was a younger brother by some two decades of Evan. My friend says that "Vian" was a sister to Jane's mother as best as she understands. I am at a loss to find Nancy anywhere other than the 1850 census where I am sure that the line is correct.
Any help you or anyone else can give me would be appreciated. My friend is in the 80s and is very interested in learning about her family so I want to do everything I can to get information for her.
Thanks so much

Thanks for posting grave stone photo for Daniel A Jensen (Memorial# 36432080). This is helpful work to find long missing relatives.
