re: Deborah Pope Spooner
Hi, Just submitted an edit for this memorial, #138568710. There is no clear record of this person's date of death, best we can ascertain without a stone is before 1764. You had it at 1810, which would have her well over 100 years of age (not unheard-of, but certainly that would be unusual). Let me know if that's altogether wrong; I'd love to see some record of her death. Thanks! Alycia in CT

Arnold & Catherine Albrecht
Hey, thanks so much for the edits for Arnold. Turns out that Mrs. Arnold is a Boettcher, and I'm tied to them through my Matzdorff line - something to do with Lilly Grote!

Northwest Iowa is a very small world isn't it?

Thanks again. :)

index cards on memorials
I really don't understand the need to add index cards to memorials. They are just that, an index to the official record and add nothing to the memorial, nor are they aesthetically pleasing. Kindly remove them from my memorials.
Thank you.

I have been trying to figure out who Mary Ann is. I think she is CHV's mother. I can't find his wife Harriet. It's like she disappeared in records. (or perhaps was recorded erroneously.)
Any ideas?

Hans Lucht family
I noticed you left a very small picture of the Hans Lucht family (memorial # 134912831). Would you by chance have a larger copy of that picture? This is the 3rd great grandparents of friends I am helping research their work, and they would be absolutely thrilled to get a clearer copy for their records. And any other pictures you might have, also. They descend through Herman Hans Lucht. Thanks for your help.

Wilbur and Lowell Spooner
Along with phots for these two you will see that I have added photos to who I believe to be their Grandparents, Wilbur H and Mary Spooner.
I'm also thinking these two were brothers. Am I correct.
I'm also curious as to the nature of their deaths as they both died very young.
All that said I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Martin to Margaret Maher, Find A Grave Memorial # 148798311

I accepted your edit to include maiden name Martin to Margaret Maher, Find A Grave Memorial # 148798311. Thank you.

Margaret Martin Maher married my great grandfather’s brother Daniel Francis Maher. Their daughter, Lillian Maher married Zephiere John Spooner in 1915.

Where do you fit in the Spooner family tree?
