Please do not copy and post personal photographs of my family members to other websites such as without my permission. I do not have a problem with reusing my tombstone photos for your personal use, but credit would be a good idea as they are my photos. Also note that I did not take all of the photos on my memorials and can't give permission for the ones I didn't take to be reused.

My husband and I started trying to trace our roots back to Europe about 30 years ago. We were fortunate that several of our ancestors kept some records and created family books which were the start of our adventures. We were surprised to learn that both of our families had branches in this country since the 1700's. Most of the entries I've made have some connection to these families, although remote at times (cousins many times removed). A few are just made from photos taken as we walked a cemetery looking for our family members. I am proud to have become a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and am currently working on my third ancestral application in my Spicer line.

I do not intentionally link to burial unknowns for purposes of creating family trees. Please do not request such links. I will delete them if found.

RE: black/plank/nowels Corrections
I am doing my son's family tree, so I am not directly related, but he might be. If you have a memorial # , I can research it, as I'm working on his 'Fisher' tree at the present time, but I need to know just where to find this person. There are just too many names to remember where each one is.
I can tell you, that I started with his father's mother, Lela Mae Fisher Memorial #16477812, and worked my way back to his 5th great-grandfather, Daniel Fisher (1748-1797). Now I'm trying to research and verify the information I've found, to be sure everything is accurate. As you probably know, there are a lot of mistakes made by folks not researching before adding to their trees; they just take verbatim what someone has added, and that may or may not be accurate.
Thank you for contacting me, and may your genealogy journey be successful.
Barbara Stone,
(mother of D S Stone, grandson of Lela Mae Fisher-Stone-Fladeland.

You've suggested very specific information about her place of birth and date of death. Can you supply documentation, I.e. an obituary or death certificate as documentation. I'm unable to confirm your suggestions.
Thank you.

RE: Harris Memorials
Hi Airrow,

Anyway you could combine the Cenotaph Find A Grave"s with their actual Find A Grave (Combining photos and information also of the children of Alexander Thomas Harris and Irena M (Wade) Harris? Don't know if that is possible but it sure would be nice if their Find A Grave had their actual information. I am new at Find A Grave and don't know if one can combine them. Thanks for letting me know about Cenotaph. I did not know what the word meant. Thanks for what you have done. - Don Martin Thomas

RE: W.H. Whitson
Thanks for answering! I have to think he/she is buried here because it was documented in the 1980ís there was a marker. Donít spend a lot of time on this one, I live in Salida, Colorado and will go to library to see if I can find something. If you would like to transfer this one to me it would make it easier for me to post information and I wouldnít have to keep bothering you about it! Thanks for your time! Have a great day!

Jean Walser edit suggested
Dear Airrow,
I'm assuming you have info I didn't have, that the date you're suggesting is correct. Is Jean Walser in your family? Do you want to manage this one? I participated in a project of the Sarasota Genealogical Society at this cemetery, but have no other knowledge of Jean Walser, so would be happy to give up management if you want it. I will accept your edit suggestion now. Thanks for the info.
