My interest in genealogy began as a child. We spent a lot of time with my Grandmother who maintained the cemetery plot that her son & parents were buried in. It is a rather large cemetery with several old graves with unreadable headstones. I've always wondered who they were, what they did, etc. So much history in graveyards certainly not to be feared like they show in horror films! Every month I usually list the birthdays for the people I have included in my virtual cemetery list. If you would be so kind as to drop by and leave a flower that would be wonderful and very much appreciated! God bless!|
If I have added a picture or anything that you would like to have me remove, please send me a private message. Sometimes I go to cemeteries and leave a token for someone who I don't know its not always a relative.
** Please allow me a reasonable amount of
time for your request.
Thank you for all the tokens left for my beloved nephew, Casey Jones. He died unexpectedly on October 4th and I can't even begin to tell you the impact it left on our family. We know he is in a much better place, but his loss is unbearable at times. I like having a place to go to tell him how I feel/felt about him. And finding unexpected flowers and gifts really blesses me so much!! Thank you and God Bless!!

Please remove the flowers icon.

As you requested in your profile to have your flowers and such removed from other people's family memorials, I sent you a private message requesting that you do so. I have not heard from you nor have the items been removed. Hoping this public message will provide incentive to at least respond. Please begin removing the items on #33808467 and continue through the rest of your additions.
I hope you understand that animated flowers place complete focus and attention on you and fully away from my family members. While I can appreciate the kind heart that is probably behind those additions, those memorials are no longer the tasteful and respectful memorials they were meant to be. Since you made the initial offer to remove those items and I complied with your email request, I would rather not have to follow up with Find A Grave administration to make this happen.
Thank you in advance for your sensitivity and kindness.
Just on the chance you might find some additional relationships --
One particular line of Massey's were well established in Oregon, essentially in Marion county as well as other counties. You will find a large contingent in Claggett Cemetery, Keizer, Marion county, Oregon. Some of the married daughters are also buried in Hopewell Cemetery also in Oregon, not sure of the county. There are still living descendants in the Salem/Keizer area.
Best wishes. I hope you find some additional family among these Massey's.
