HI, my name is Cheryl, and I will do pictures of grave stones and obituary look ups in Monroe County Pennsylvania. Please email me if I can help you! |
This is what makes it worthwhile....a note from a satisfied genealogist..."Hi Cheryl, You are doing a wonderful service to genealogists by putting cemetery records on Find a Grave. A thousand thanks for your efforts!"

Louisa Wolbert died November 1879. When her first husband, George Newhart died, she married her twin sister's widower, George Werkheiser.
|Janet K||Thomas B Milligan photo request|
Hello again Cheryl,
I discovered the following re: Thomas B Milligan.
*his wife's name was Xantipp'A' not 'E'
*he was born in Ohio and died in Bridgeport, MI
*3 of his children (and their spouses) are buried in the plot with Thomas and his wife.
1) Luther Martin Milligan
2) Walter B Milligan
3) Nellie Milligan
I sent edits for birth and death dates and places, spousal info., plot info. photos of the plot and all the headstones on that plot...LOTS of info to the creators of the memorials.
Please check back on the memorials in a week or 2 re: updates.
Just curious....how is Sarah (Milligan) Mason related to this family?

|Brian F||Crest Haven Memorial Park Pic|
Just saw the other picture with the Kessler grave in the foreground. I believe this is also for King Solomon Memorial Park but not positive. I do know it is not in Crest Haven Memorial Park.

A very nice picture of the gate between 2 columns that you placed on Crest Haven Memorial Park in Clifton NJ.
The picture actually belongs to King Solomon Memorial Park in Clifton NJ.
Thanks for all the pictures you have supplied.

|Janet K||More Mason info...|
I'm sorry, Cheryl, the information I was formatting for you sent before I finished...
I also found the gravesite for Helen C Mason. She, like May, was moved to Forest Lawn Cemetery from Brady Hill Cemetery, which is also in Saginaw, MI.
Helen has no headstone/marker. She is buried next to Austin Kirby. I can't find any record of her.
May's headstone is nearly impossible to read, but I did the best I could. Cemetery records show that she died in 1865, but I believe that may be when she was moved. Here is a copy of her obit. info. from Saginaw Library records:
Index: SAGINAW WEEKLY ENTERPRISE
Thursday, August 20, 1863 (3)
Name: MASON, MAY LUELLA
Child Of: LUCIUS P. & SARA A.
Death Date: 08/15/1863
Death Place: SAGINAW, MI
I'm giving you the info. because I sent edits on everyone, but it usually takes a while before everyone involved updates their edits, so you may not see them anytime soon.
I just wanted to share in case you are related to the Masons and looking for more info...
Happy Easter and Happy Hunting for more info!

|Janet K||Lucius and May Mason and Nellie Kirby|
I fulfilled your photo requests for Lucius P, May L Mason and Nellie Kirby. In the process I learned the following:
1) Lucius was the son of Dr. Orville Louis and Caroline (Clark) Mason
2) Lucius's father Orville is Find A Grave Memorial# 74332157
3) I believe that Caroline is buried in the same cemetery, but could not verify that information.
4) Lucius was married 2 times. A) Kate M Meyers
B) Sarah A Milligan
5) Lucius and Sarah had the following children:
*May Luella Mason b:8/22/1862 d:8/15/1863 (May was moved to Forest Lawn Cemetery from Brady Hill Cemetery
*Nellie (Mason) Kirby b:8/1/1865 d:4/16/1943 (she married Austin Eugene Kirby)
*Louis Bond Mason b:7/9/1869 d:1/15/1936 (he married Ida May Musselman)
*possibly more children....
I found the gravesite of Ida May Mason and entered her in Find A Grave
