I love genealogy and have been at it for over 25 years. That was back in the day, when only scientists had access to the internet and this great site hadn't launched. It's a great hobby that has taken me to some interesting places. And, boy, such interesting people. I love to help folks get started, but a trouble spot that requires more than one head to figure it out, well, that's good, too. Feel free to contact me. If you need a picture, know that I live in Dallas. Pretty big place. If your cemetery is too far, I'll do my best to find someone who can help.
As far as day job, I'm a writer, working on a first novel about a martial artist. Short stories, magazine, newspaper all under the belt. Genealogy has even been the idea for some of my writing--an old prospector in the New Mexico hills.
