I am 34 years old and I live in Olathe, KS. The love of cemeteries and the stories that rest in them was instilled in me at a young age. I remember my mama and me taking walks when I was just a toddler to the cemetery to put flowers on my brothers' graves. My parents lost 5 sons long before I came into the world so we were always visiting. In the past few years I have become fascinated with pioneer cemeteries and old gravestones even taking many photos. My husband and I have been fortunate to find many abandoned cemeteries and are excited to be able to research the people buried in them and bring their stories to you as well!!|

From the information I have found, his year of death is 1851, not 1854. The picture appears to show 1854, but on closer inspection, it is actually 1851. His Wife, Sarah Goodhall Baker (my 3x Ggm), remarried between 1851 and 1852, to my 3x Ggf, Edward Joseph Baker.
I have submitted an edit, to update the information.
Thank you !

My Wife's grandmother was born in Blue Eye in 1917. Her last name was Bailey. Any chance she is a relative?

I see you added a wife, (Mary), and son, (F.N.), for Francis Marion Wells. He actually only had one wife who was Susan Ann Coats from 1863 to 1917 when she died and no son F.N.. Just an oversight I believe when you attached Ms McCoy and son to the wrong Francis Marion. Could you please reattach her and him to the right guy? The other Francis I know is missing them. Another of Frank's relatives from Oklahoma pointed the error out to me.
All the best and keep on digging for the relatives. Isn't genealogy fun and sometimes confusing?

Thank you for updating the memorials for Francis Burkett and Julia Burkett Russell. (#51527195 & #51527818) They are brother and sister, and are now connected to their parents in the Delaware Cemetery. These connections are important for genealogists, and make research easier.

I had a question for you. Would you be willing to change the cemetery name for the 16 memorials you created at Garden of Eternal Life in Leavenworth to Mount Muncie Cemetery?
I ask because the Garden of Eternal Life is not it's own cemetery it is actually Section 29 at Mt Muncie Cemetery, it's the pauper section. I just want to avoid confusion when it comes to people requesting photos. I received 2 requests a month ago for that section because their records showed Mt Muncie as where their relative is buried and I think it would be confusing to them to have to explain.
I have also been working heavily at Mt Muncie and Section 29 is one of those projects. I don't think it would be right to have duplicate memorials, especially since you have some great photos attached to yours.
If you could change the cemetery name on the 16 memorials it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you so much for posting your photo of my dear Great, Great, Great Grandmothers tombstone. She died at an early age of 34. She is the mother to Anderson Martin Frazier and this family who I am a member of still holds reunions every year on the 1st Sunday in June at Adrian Mo. I now live in Nashville Tn so I'm a long ways away, but plan to visit her marker this June 2016. Thanks again on this Mothers Day for helping me find my Grandmother from many years ago.

Thank you for your work with this subject. Please note the change "Kay" to Kingery/Kingree in the subject's name. "Kay" is a common mistake that is always made. The subject is my ggg grandmother and I am one of the owner's of the grave marker that is pictured. Could you please make the correction. Thank you, LSH
