In early 2011 following the death of my mother at age 95, as I was cleaning out drawers and boxes, I came across scads of family genealogy information and photos that had been accumulated by my father and maternal grandparents over the years. Since that time, I have become obsessed with continuing to trace my family's lineage in the hopes of passing the information down to my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.|
When I became stuck trying to find the death location of one of my second great grandfathers, Josephus Morgan, I found it on Find A Grave. I was so impressed with this website and the volunteer who had taken photos of his grave, I decided to become a volunteer and give something back to what I had been given. While I signed up to volunteer earlier in 2012, it is only in June that I have taken the plunge and claimed/fulfilled my first missions. I have been bitten by the bug, and hope to complete many more. My wife Marsha has joined me in helping to find sites and trimming the grass and sweeping the leaves off markers. I will be happy to transfer management of memorials I have created to any relative.

Thank you so much! Rowena isn't in my line, so I don't have any information on her. If you want to add the memorial that is fine. Thanks again.

Great photo, thanks for the information and all you did for the memorial.

Thank you Peter for your photo. I have just created a memorial for Barbara's husband Robert. You may now add his grave marker to his memorial page.

Thank you for the headstone photos for Orville and Mildred. The side-by-side photo is fine to be on the memorial page. I appreciate you taking time to do this for me.
Thank you for your help getting the photo.

The photos are excellent! No need to retake any of them. I appreciate your time and care.

I would like to thank you for the nice photos that you got for Ivan and Hattie Johnson from Brooklawn Memorial Park. I have a cousin who has been telling me for 2 years that I didn't know what I was talking about on their location. I had the pictures on a laptop that was stolen. I'm too old to argue now a days.

Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to take a picture of David Beauregard's headstone!!

Thanks, Peter, for taking such clear photos of both Elaine Tippett Soule's headstone and that of her husband's, Harold Soule. Your time and effort is greatly appreciated.
