I'm David, and one of my many hobbies involves genealogy and family history, which I have pursued more than 30 years. I have watched Find A Grave's growth over the last several years and have found it to be an important and very useful resource. Hence, I have elected to become a more active participant, as time permits. As a volunteer, my prime interest is in assisting other genealogists and family historians in obtaining photographs of the graves of their kin.|

Source on this is Judd, Henry P.; Hilleary, Perry Edward (1954). Men and women of Hawaii, 1954; a biographical encyclopedia of persons of notable achievement, an historical account of the peoples who have distinguished themselves through personal success and through public service. Honolulu, HI: Honolulu Business Consultants
I was able to match up, and left individual edits on the Find a Grave pages, for most of the children of John J. McGuire Find A Grave Memorial# 110502030 and Emma Kaleionamoku A. Hausten Find A Grave Memorial# 110502240.
Emma Kaleionamoku Hausten born on Maui 1878 to Chang Ai and Kahalekenekaoli Kaluahine - unable to find parents on Find a Grave
I was unable to find two of the daughters: Kathleen M. Perry (Hawaii??) and Ermine Momi Hausten Norton who moved to Bend, Oregon. I am providing a link to the source above in case you find the two daughters. The source also said there were 17 grandchildren, but did not name them.

Mahalo for posting a picture of my uncle's head stone. I was 2 when he died on Dec. 7, 1941 at Hickam AFB. He was the master plumber there, and lived on the base. During the attack, he was helping to carry a wounded airman on a stretcher when a Japanese plane strafed them. I never knew where he was buried but, thanks to you, will pay my respects at Oahu Cemetery the next time I visit Honolulu.

Thank you for taking the time to try to locate the marker for Irma Agard. It is disappointing that the marker is not transcribed. But I do appreciate you getting back to me and letting me know the news.
