Thank you so much for the info on these lists and how they have been transcribed. It is helpful to know these things to try and figure out what sources are most reliable. The birth date is only a few days off and I was curious as to where it came from...

Catharine McGuire Cunningham (1834 - 1908) do you know by any chance if she married William Owen Reynolds?

I am seeking parents of Catherine Tanner, born New York about 1808, mother is supposed to be named Rachel Tanner. No father mentioned. Could be this one if she had a child named Catherine (illegitimate?). My Catherine Tanner married Samuel L Fleming. They resided in Hillsdale County, Michigan. Census says he was born in Pennsylvania, she in New York. Their firstborn, William Fleming was born in New York about 1834, the rest of the children were born in Michigan.
Any info you or other sources might have will bee greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for sending me the copies of Bertha's obituary and making the transfer of the memorial! I was researching her brother, Andrew, when her marriage came up. I had no idea that she had married a second time. I love the surprises that come up when doing genealogical research!
The Reed name is from my husband's family. They came over from Ireland in the 1840's. So far I have found no one in New York, but if something shows up I will let you know.

Bertha S. Harvey is my great aunt on my mother's side. I stumbled on this memorial last night. I see that the information in the memorial was taken from an obituary in the Pine Plains Register Herald. However, while the facts are correct, the names are misspelled. (Seaman is actually Siemon; Benzebrath is Benzelrath; Clum is Glum) I was not able to find a copy of the obituary from the newspaper and was wondering if you could tell me how to obtain one. I live in Oregon, so a visit is not in the cards right now. :) If you want me to take over the memorial, that would be fine as well. I have not found any living direct relatives. Which does not necessarily mean they do not exist. I keep looking. Also, is there an actual grave site? The only picture is of the entrance to the cemetery.
