I have been researching for over 23 years now. Genealogy is my favorite hobby and I love walking through cemeteries. I find them very comforting. |
All the photos I have posted have been taken by me and anyone is free to use them. I love helping others find their family!
If I have posted a memorial of someone that is in your family (and not in mine), please let me know and I will be happy to turn its ownership over to you.
For those of you "memorial collectors" who demand that no one use the photos you take without your permission, WHY in the world would you want to prevent someone from having a photo of their loved ones grave? We are here to take photos and create memorials for those loved ones who cannot make it to the grave site themselves. Your sick need to hoard memorials and photos is quite STRANGE! I could care less if you have a copyright....that is someone's relative. We are here to help those people, not hinder them. Is your life so lonely that you come here to boss and control people? I read one lady's profile recently that DEMANDS you do exactly what she says and then she blocked her email so you can't even write to her. Can you say WACKO??

|SBrown||Hannah Lambert Transfer|
Thank-you for transferring the management of the Hannah Lambert to me. I probably should have requested the transfer some time ago because I've made numerous edits to her memorial since 2015. Once I obtained enough information to create a memorial for her husband Ezra, I guess it finally occurred to me to request the transfer of her memorial. Thanks also for taking the time and effort to create her memorial in the first place.

Do you think you could transfer the management of the memorial for my third great-grandmother, Hannah M. Lambert (#13916568) to me?
My Find A Grave number is 48692309.

|John & Dolores Chase||Dolores|
Hi Lisa, Hope you had a great holiday and all is well with you and yours, most all of the requests from this end in PA were from Dolores as she worked to fill in her side of the tree. Sorry to let you know that she has passed 20 Aug 2012 age 74 of ovarian cancer. She was in a wheel chair from a 1999 accident that damaged her spinal cord but she was the best co-pilot as we wandered thru the local cemeteries.

I have a list of who is in the Turrell Cemetery that I got from the Susquehanna Historical Society. I will send it to you in your email account.
Thank you for all the work you do. Lauri

|Lauri||Deborah Thacher photo|
Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the photo of Deborah Thacher's tombstone in the Turrell Cemetery. From the little I had read about the cemetery and the google map, it looks to be rather remote.
Thank you so much for taking the time to find the cemetery and the requested tombstone. Your help is very much appreciated. Lauri

Hi Lisa, in reference to your request to change Edgar's burial location to Fairview Cemetery, when I made the switch I noticed there was already an entry for him (77570257). Since the other entry had links to his parents and siblings, I deleted mine so it wouldn't be a duplicate. Thanks for the information. Your suggestions were all correct.

I added the photo, although I expect you'll want it updated at some time, hopefully many years hence.

There was no death date for Karen. Are you sure she's deceased?
