Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy for many years. One of my favorite things in researching is visiting cemeteries. I love to just walk around the tombstones and try to imagine what the people's lives might have been like. I have been contributing tombstone pictures to this site to help fellow genealogists that are a distance away that can't visit their relative's gravesite in person.

My family has been a big assistance to me in my project for this website. My son, Trenton, my daughter, Alena, and my husband, Terry, have helped me take tombstone photos. So a big "THANKS" goes out to all three of them!!

Quote from Findagrave: "The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. THE ULTIMATE GOAL SHOULD BE TO HAVE MEANINGFUL, ACCURATE MEMORIALS THAT HONOR THOSE WHO HAVE PASSED AWAY, REGARDLESS OF WHO CREATED THE MEMORIAL OR WHO MAINTAINS IT." Please keep this in mind when you request a transfer as it takes a lot of time and money to do research to add memorials to this site. I love working on this site, but I have run into some problems just recently.

I DO WELCOME ADDITIONS, CORRECTIONS AND FAMILY LINKS. The more information the better!! I get the updates done as soon as I can.

Sarah Osborne Brissey's gravestone

Thanks very much for posting the gravestone photo for Sarah Osborne Brissey in the Centennial Cemetery in Fountain Co., IN. The gravestone is hard to read in the photo, but it does look to me like the day of of the month for the death on the gravestone is "24" and not "21".

Are you able to verify? Thanks.

photo for George C Baker's military stone
You have posted a photo of George C Baker's Civil War military stone on memorial #13874145 and this photo (I believe) should be posted on memorial #139120169.

George C Baker who died Oct 1909 served in the 150th IN Inf company I per my research on Fold3 and
This George C Baker was married to Elizabeth J Craigmile.
His obit 22 Oct 1909 states he was a faithful soldier in the War of the Rebellion.

Thanks for your help with this photo's placement. Marjean

Information update
Dear Lesa,
First of all I can't thank you enough for the work you do. It takes a special type to do this work and I am not that type but I am very grateful that there are people like you and my mother who are. I saw that on your memorial for C.H. Kraft in Riverside cemetery Attica IN Fountain County, you have "no headstone found." Well he has one that's about 6ft tall and at least that wide. I will find a picture for you if you could update the site with it I'd be extremely grateful.

Chris Kraft.

Beulah Jean Bostwick

I put Beulah Jean Bostwick in the wrong cemetery and have now put her in the right cemetery. Would it be okay to leave mine and remove the one you put in so as not to have a duplicate? She is my Aunt, my Mom's sister.

We spoke a few years ago about the photos you have for my family. My grandpa (Pap) and his parents and cousins. I would really love to get copies of them. I dont have anything like you have of the family. I can see my pap in the little baby you have posted. I am more than willing to send you printing costs and shipping. Thank you very much
