Bio

I live in Williamsville, NY, a suburb of Buffalo. I have always enjoyed the beauty of cemeteries, and when I was young, would go every week with my Grandfather to tend the family graves. We would walk up and down the rows, while he related various stories about the people buried there. It truly was a way of seeing yourself in the long chain of our family; you felt connected to those that came before and a responsibilty to those that would follow.

I especially like to find and document the graves of my ancestors, the earliest of which arrived in this country in the early 1600's and the latest in the wave of European immigration in the 1920's.
