RE: Jacob Smith, memorial # 69059169
Don-this is above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you with all my heart! The location of this fellow after the 1860 census of Morgan Co, OH had been a brick wall for almost 30 years. Once I nailed down [earlier this year] the re-marriage of his widow in Fairfield Co, OH, several things became known to me. You are truly a Find A Grave photo volunteer hero!

John and Sarah Iden
Hi Donald,
Thank you for all your help with info and photos from Poplar Fork Cemetery!
I noticed you posted a photo for Sarah J Iden (43089136) that is the same stone as her husband John R Iden (43089163). Would you mind posting the photo on his memorial also? If you would like me to make a photo request, I can do so.
Thank you once again! Your help and time is greatly appreciated!
Have a blessed day!

A belated thank you for taking and uploading the excellent pictures of William M., Joseph and Sarah Hamilton's tombstones in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The information on the tombstones helped a lot!

I truly appreciate your time and efforts!

Infant son Hursey in Poplar Fork
Hi Donald,
Thank you for posting the photo of the infant son of E.S. & E.S. Hursey from Poplar Fork Cemetery. I have created a seperate memorial for the infant (#55284174). I also requested a photo for him. Would you mind fulfilling the request by posting the photo on the infant's memorial? Thank you in advance for your time and all the effort you put in to help me!
Have a blessed day!

Hurseys and Harshs in Ohio
Hi Donald,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Thanks for all your hard work in getting these photos for me! One of these days I want to get to Ohio and get pics of relatives. I thought it would be quicker to request them. You are wonderful! And so are the photos!
Have a blessed day!

Hi Don,

I think the photo you took of the Hayman's looks great!! Maybe you are talking about another photo? Thanks for your help.

RE: Duplicates
I understand the issue you have with getting the correct updates done on memorials, as I have run into the same problem. The solution I have found to work is waiting a week (or month) and when no update has been made I forward the original request to info@findagrave.com and ask them to make the changes. So far that has always worked very well. I'm well aware that some folks put much more work into individuals than others, and I'm also aware of the "control" issues on some memorials... but I've also found cemeteries with 3 times the necessary entries for a given cemetery because everyone wanted their own input on the memorials. I didn't know if you were aware of the duplicates, so thought I'd bring it to your attention.

Thank you for your contribution.

Duplicates
I noticed the nice memorials you have added for THOMAS folks in Pleasant Grove cemetery... but did you realize you were creating duplicates of memorials that were done 5 years ago? If you would like changes to memorials done, you can click on the Edit tab and Submit a Correction option, rather than creating multiple memorials for each individual.
