The death certificate is wrong on the name Mary Elizabeth Kitterman. She had a sister Elizabeth Jane that married Davis L. Dunn. She had a sister Mary Kitterman that married Isam Stapleton. Her sister Johanna married John Shoemaker and that is my great-grandmother. In the deed below dated Sept 26, 1866. All the children of George Kitterman and Mary Fortune sold their portion of the homestead to their brother David Kitterman except he two youngest girls Emily and Eliza waited until 28 April 1870 and sold their part to their brother-in-law William Carter.
I have enclosed the proof of the parents and all their children except one. A son John moved to Wapello Co., IA the day it opened for settlement May 1, 1843.
This is to certify that I did on the 25th day of March 1824 join together as husband and wife George Kitterman and Mary Fortion. Given under my hand this 23rd day of April 1824.

I may not qualify to have the memorial. I would appreciate it if at least the name gets corrected.
Kenneth Duncan's middle name is misspelled on his headstone as "Eugine". It is spelled "Eugene" on the Vietnam Wall and several other army documents. Yesterday his brother posted a good photo of him on Facebook and I contacted him just to make sure of the misspelling and he confirmed that it is "Eugene". If you will delete the duplicate VA marker photo, I will post the photo of him. Thanks, Larry

I see you left a findagrave memorial for Roland Edward Cecil (infant). Is there a headstone on his grave? This is my mother's brother.
