I'm interested in genealogy and history. |
I've spent a good bit of time in cemeteries of late taking photos. It seems a good idea to share those with others by posting them to Find A Grave.
Hopefully, others will appreciate the opportunity to find photos of family markers when it is not practical for them to actually visit the cemetery.
You're welcome to use the photo;credit would be appreciated.
If I can help with a photo of a tombstone in Western Jefferson County, I'll be glad to try.

I didn't want you to do that. I just wanted to get his parents on his memorial, and vice versa.
Thanks anyway... Karen

I have resubmitted the edits for Reuben Isbell. I don't understand what is going on with findagrave. Either, they are not going through, or I don't know what to think. Someone sent me the memorial # for his mother. If you would let me know when you get the edit request, I would appreciate it very much. Have a great day. Karen

Hi, I just sent an edit for Reuben's parents. I know where his father is buried, but can't find his mother's burial site. She died when he was 7. Her name is Mary Viola Reed Isbell FHL Film # 1908504 Death 11/28, 1932 Maggie was Reuben's step mother. There is a great story about Reuben, in the Huntsville Times Saturday May 31, 2003. Local and State section. Thanks for your help.

I was only suggesting additional information be added to Nannie E. Horton Memorial. I don't know a thing about maintaining the page. Of course, I am willing to learn if you or someone will tell me what is involved in maintaining it but honestly, I would prefer leaving the maintenance of the page as it was.
Many thanks for adding her memorial to the site.

Thank you for your time not just with your reply but the time that you spend on this site. Kenny
|Lester Letson||RE: Mary M Parsons|
I could not find my source so I changed birth county to Jefferson, the info I found just said Alabama, no county included so I don't know where I got the info on county. I connect through husband W E Parsons' brother John Ed Parsons who married Permelia Ann Letson. Death info for Mary M Parsons shows father Ervin and mother Julia, can'
t find any other info on them.
