|Helen Reszegi Eakins||Manley McKee - # 25099760|
First - thanks again for all the work that you do!
I have send requests for the addition of his parents (Ezra and Almay McKee). It looks like he was married and divorced from Elizabeth (Ginn) McKee. They had several children, which I am still sorting out via birth records on familysearch.org. What I found is somewhat a mess, so it will take some time.
The following is from; History of Noble County, Ohio: With Portraits and Biographical Sketches of some of its Pioneers and Prominent Men , Publisher L.H. Watkins, Year 1887, page 500.
"Hon. Ezra McKee was one of the best and most influential citizens of the Noble County, the establishment of which he was among the foremost in securing. He was born in Washington County in 1802, and came to the county with parents.
In 1825 he married Abbie Westcott and purchased the farm adjoining the old homestead. His children by this union were Delia (Davis), Martha (Poling), David and Sylvester, all living. His wife died in 1836 and he married Almay Westcott, a cousin of his first wife. She was one of the early school school-teachers of the county. To them were born four children – Manly, who died when one year old; Mary (Newton), deceased; Christopher and Manly."
Have a great day!!!

You show Jacob's dates as 1812 - 1876, and his parents as Jacob Kissinger & Catharine Grossman Kissinger. Does anyone have a clue where Jacob and Catharine's graves may be? I'm new to all this, & wonder what I've overlooked.
They were in and around Adams or Clarion County PA. Thx! firstname.lastname@example.org

I have been taking photos of Browns in Stonecreek Cemetery.
I have not found one for 'Katherine Heister Brown' but found a photographed one of Christina Braun, wife of Samuel.
I believe she is the above person and was the first wife of Samuel Brown.
Is this an ancestor of yours?
I have the burial list of Stonecreek if you wish to see a copy.

NOT a relative but working on the families of Saint Jacobs Church near Stone Creek, OH.
I am the 3x great grandson of pvt. Levin kirkman who died in the civil war in arlington va, and 2x great grandson of his doughter Mary Ann Schmidt (born Kirkman)Sep. 24, 1945
I'm wondering, since she was born in washington county, and I can find no other records of a kirkman in the county, if maybe the Noble county Kirkmans might be of relation, I don't have any info on Levin's parents or where he came from. Hoping maybe you could shed some light on this?
|Cheryl Ann Enyart||John Wesley Murphy # 43944562|
I was searching for information on the Murphy family and came upon John Wesley's memorial. I am wondering about the children that you have listed.
The Josiah Judson Murphy you have listed is not the son of John and Sydney Mercer Murphy.
The son of John and Sydney is Josiah , born in 1824 died in 1906 and is buried in Pike County. He married Anna Elizabeth Moore, a sister to my grandfather Caleb Moore.
I have a photo of Josiah, John W and Sydney with their daughter Rebecca Murphy and Ann Elizabeth's great grandfather William Moore. It came from a cousin who is on that line of Anna and Josiah.
Just trying to figure out how this Josiah Judson got in this spot?? and who he really belongs to

Do you have any info regarding his parents. I saw somewhere online that Charity's parents were thought to be Abraham Seevers and his wife Mary BUT when I saw there info on Find-A-Grave the dates didn't match.
Thank you for any leads you might be able to provide and also thank you for all you do to help others in trying to add twigs and branches to their trees.
Hannah Catherine Uhrich Andreas, are you positive she is buried there? I have a HC Andreas buried in Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville in OLD Hill, She is buried beside Catherine and Charles Andreas , who would have been her step children.
Thank you for your time.
|Dee Aguayo||Freeborn G. Okey|
Hi Pamela ~ First, thank you so much for the work you've done, compuling photos of my family members' graves in Noble County, Ohio. I have found a small discrepancy for my great great grandfather, Freeborn G. Okey, buried in Olive Cemetery in Caldwell, Noble, Ohio. His tombstone shows his initials only, F.G. Okey. The heading on the Find A Grave page listing is "Forrest Garrison Okey", which conflicts with family records and census records. In the 1870, 1880 & 1900 census records, he is listed as Freeborn G. Okey. Is it possible to change his name heading on the Find A Grave page to his correct name? I am still seeking verification for his middle name, but census records do support the middle initial "G". Thank you again for all you've done to support my family members' history.
