I am a stay-at-home mom, and have been married to my active duty husband for 17+ years. We have lived in CA, TX, CO, LA, and are currently stationed overseas. |
My husband is a mechanic in the Army, and has done 3 tours overseas: Korea for 8 months, then redeployed to Iraq for 12 months (first tour), 2nd tour was to Iraq for 15 months, and his last tour was to Afghanistan for 12 months.
We have a 13 year old daughter born August 12, 2001, and a 2 year old son born August 13, 2012. They are 11 years and 1 day apart! :)
I am researching my mom and dad's side of the family. Some of the names I am researching are: ALEXANDER, DAVIDSON, DOSSER, GATES, HAYNES, HILLHOUSE, INMAN, PORTER, SCHMID, and ZOGG.
Find A Grave has been very helpful in my research, and I'm very thankful for all the wonderful volunteers who contribute their time and effort to help myself and others out.
God Bless You And Yours!

|LPENN||M Baker Photo Request, Smithville Cemetery|
I apologize -- I read the photo request as M Baber and am now realizing it was M Baker. Perhaps you are looking for Martha Wasson Baker? She is the closest match I can make to the name and date of birth. https://new.findagrave.com/memorial/39925684/martha-a-baker
If not, I'm afraid it is an unmarked grave. We have quite a few "marked unmarked" with field stones and a large section of "unmarked unmarked" that I suspect had wooden markers that deteriorated. Unfortunately there is not a master plot map to know for sure.

|Tricia💜TJ||Rea Lincoln Eaton & Carol Hillhouse Eaton|
I noticed you have them listed as "burial unknown". They are interred with their children at Fairmount Cemetery, Denver, Denver County, Colorado. In a photo by contributor Heather Erickson you can see Carol's name on the "Eaton" side of the large monument. Rea's name is obscured by a bush over the "Eaton" stone. Plot is listed as BLK 95.

It looks like these two records are the same person. Robert Hillhouse #33359717.

I noticed you entered a place of birth for Mary Polly Antle as Forest Co., PA and a birth year of 1752. Can you tell me the documentation for this information? She is my third great grandmother and I have searched for information as to her maiden name and place/date of birth for 20 years, and to date have not been able to locate any documentation. I'm in hopes something has finally been located.

Scott Anderson tells me that he is has found Dean Cemetery and has found a footstone for Robert Dickey. He is also a decendant of Robert Dickey. Would you like his e-mail address?
I am hunting for Dora Brown born in Missouri, died in Kansas, was once married to a Satchel...Dora was sister to Walter E. Brown, daughter of Robert P. and Margaret (Wilson) Brown..Any information would be quite helpful..Many thanks in advance..
