To request a transfer or edit information please use the EDIT tab at the top right of the person's page, check the drop down menu for options. DO NOT USE THE PUBLIC MESSAGE BOARD TO MAKE THESE REQUESTS.
Please remember to include the memorial page number and your membership number when asking for information about an entry I have made. It makes it sooooo much easier for me to find the person you are asking about.
I do have photos of most all of the markers that I have transcribed from Canadian Cemeteries. So please ask. (Include memorial # in your request)
If you would like me to remove a memorial please let me know and I shall remove it right away - no questions asked.
Because of the few RUDE people demanding I transfer pages to them, I shall no longer make transfers unless you are polite AND can explain to me how the person is related to you.
However, as FaGer Scott wrote :- If there is any particular entry that I have made that is very important to you, related or not, if you sponsor their page I will transfer it to you ASAP. This helps Findagrave and shows me that this entry truly is important to you and that you are not simply trying to 'collect' all you can find of a particular surname.
Should you find that I have inadvertently duplicated an entry or photo please let me know, I will remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Please be respectful to families and allow them to have the funeral before you post information about the deceased.

Please do not add copyrighted information, photos that you did not take, photos of obituaries, death certs and any other scanned documents to any of the pages I have created. Only personal photos and grave photos should be posted in the photo section, Find a Grave will be notified and will be asked to remove other item(s).
Do not ask me to add info from census, others trees, cause of death, obituaries which include names of surviving family members or negative reports about their life and circumstances which are disrespectful. Bios should reflect the positive aspects of life. It is a memorial after all
To those "Advanced" Find A Gravers, I would appreciate if you are going to leave me a message then you would also be considerate enough to give me a way to reply to your message.
Having Lyme Disease I need less stress in my life and need "gentle exercise" I find taking photos for Find A Grave gets me the fresh air, and the tranquility I need in the summer months and uploading the information exercises my mind in winter. Great, thanks Alison! :-)
I found a little bit more information about Mr. Kavanagh, so I'll send that along too. I'm always a little sad about these bachelors who passed away without any family in this country.
Hi Alison: Thanks so much for the grave stone photo
of Ptv. M. Chantigny.

|Pierre LagacÚ||Frank Ernest Haines|
This is the edited biography. He was a Sergeant, not a Flight Sergeant. Also it was his air gunner
who was injured in the accident. As far as I can't tell Frank Haines was not previously injured.
Birth: Nov. 3, 1922
Death: Mar. 26, 1942
New Brunswick, Canada [Edit Dates]
Information from the CVWM
Sergeant Frank Ernest Haines
March 26, 1942
Force:Air Force - Pilot
Unit:Royal Canadian Air Force Division: 410 Sqdn.
Son of Elwood and Alberta (Wallace) Haines, of Mouth of Keswick, York County, New Brunswick, Canada.
Commemorated on Page 79 of the Second World War Book of Remembrance.
From the book -They Shall Grow Not Old, page 291 (edited 26 March 2017 - He was a Sergeant not a Flight Sergeant)
Haines Frank Ernest Sergeant (P) R73306 from Mount Keswick, Tork County, New Brunswick. Killed in Action. Age 19. #410 Cougar Squadron (Noctivaga) Sergeant Haines was killed when Defiant Aircraft #N3364 crashed 6 miles north west of Morpeth near Haradene. His gunner Flight Sergeant Gerard Pelletier was injured when he was told by Haines that he had to bail out of the plane. Sergeant Pilot Haines never bailed out. I have added him to my Ancestry family tree even if I am not related. I hope to eventually find someone related to him.

I have added his birthdate 3 November 1922, and his mother's maiden name: Alberta Wallace.

Wondering if this William Latimer's wife was buried with him? I'm wondering if this William Latimer was the same person that married Janet M Thompson.

I am helping a friend with his family tree.
You have been able to find and photograph his grandparents tomb stone at Lakeview Cemetery in Penticton BC (James F. Brittain & Mercy Maria (Jenner) Brittain). I am wondering if you would have a picture of his parents stone Edwin James Brittain and Alma Mary Brittain. His mother Alma passed away when he was 4 and he does not have a lot of information about her. I know his Dad Edwin is buried in section Q plot 30-6 and I would assume mom Alma is there as well. Almas parent's were James Warner & Catherine McKinney that is all the information we have on them, no dates or place of birth or death.
Thank you for all you do to help bring families closer to loved ones. Beth
|Alan Johnson||RE: Ruby Ingebory Selin|
you transferred the Find A Grave memorial for Hilder Selin to my account. Thanks, I think
When I went to the link you provided in an email, In the family links section it asked that I report the memorial number for Hilder's parents.
Hilders Mother, Ann Kristina Johnson (Anna) in buried in the Friedham cemetery, near Wilhelmina cemetery. I could not find this cemetery in Find A Grave
I am willing to help in obtaining information from Friedham cemetery, with your assistance
