Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm addicted to Genealogy so my wife says. I've been doing it for about fifteen years. Taking pictures of all the kin I never got to meet. We were told we were the last of the Reece's "NOT"!! I started out with about ten names and have over six thousand five hundred. I'm really glad there are people who will help you with your research. FindAGrave is another tool for newcomers to Genealogy and Veterans. If you find any errors or would like for us to correct the info that was supplied to us please use the edit tab then the suggest a correction (SAC) bar. My brother Jim & Rosa King and I are currently working on all the NC Vietnam KIA/MIA's Grave sites. After 8 years of searching, we've located all of the resting places for these brave men & women who paid the ultimate price, over 1900 of them. This doesn't mean we are idle. Now we are looking for their photos. The search for all Vietnam KIA/MIA's goes on !A veteran who has served honorably in a time of war may bear the title of the highest grade held during that war. This right is conferred by Congress in law by 10 US Code 772 Section (e) .

RE: Thomas Crook
I am not going to remove my note. My grandmother was Edith M. Mariott and she was married to a Thomas Hiram Crook and my Uncle Tommy was Thomas Hiram Crook, Jr. I have seen that headstone on find a grave and it is wrong. It is to my knowledge the correct grave but the headstone is wrong for his name. All other information on the headstones is correct. The parents you list for Thomas, SR.were the ones my mother told me were my great grandparents. Do you think this might be your relative to have the nerve to tell me that I am wrong and this is not my grandfather? I know what my uncle name was. I was born in 1955 and I was told my grandfather died about a year after I was born. I will remove my note when I am convince for sure.

Thomas H. Crook, SR.
I am reluctant to change the info on the memorial but I believe that this is my grandfather from what I was told by my mother and my research into my ancestors. If he is, then wrong the Thomas Hiram, JR. listed as his son. My uncle was born in March,1933. In fact, he had five children including my mother.

You added his photo on the memorial. Apparently he was actually from California. If you have any actual data I would be glad to add to my memorial.
I made memorials for all the readable stones in that cemetary.
Thanks

YOU POSTED A PHOTO OF MICHAEL ON THIS MEMORIAL PAGE. I MAY HAVE GONE TO SCHOOL WITH HIM AT SCOTTSDALE HIGH. HE WAS BORN IN 1946, I WAS BORN IN 1945. I ALSO SERVED IN THE ARMY DURING THE SAME TIME AS HIM.

RE: Help Tom!!
Thanks Tom! I am such an idiot!! Yes, I'm absolutely positive he Graduated from Northern Senior High School because my family and I attended the Graduation Ceremony. :-) I have easy access to his High School Graduation photos Because my sister, and two family friends have the Northern Senior High School Year Books for 64, 65, and 1966. It's the "Military" Photo that I no longer have access to. I still even have the Obituary from his Funeral Service that contains him in uniform.. The only problem with that is it's in black and white and has faded out over the years. The original Military photo is in color. Oh well, I'll just have to continue trying to locate one of his family members. Thanks :-)

Mr. TCC
Edward Anders
You sent in a suggestion for Edward's place of interment - Holy Cross Cemetery, Culver City, CA.

Where did you obtain that information? There is a Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Pomona.

The information that I have simply states interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. That does not necessarily mean that he wasn't interred at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
