I am Tracey Lea. I visit cemeteries on a regular basis and take photos. Should I list a family member of yours -- no matter how far back it goes, please do not hesitate to ask me for a transfer -- that is why I take photos and post them, so you may be connected with your ancestors. I would expect the same from you. Names in my family include:|
Christopher Bauman/Bowman -- from Lancaster County PA The Ephrata Cloister
other surnames in this family are:
Daniel McCarty Chichester --

|Frederick Stephen Pfeifer||Find A Grave Memorial# 116196950|
Hi Tracey, thank you very much for creating Find A Grave memorials for several of my ancestors resting in Mansfield Cemetery Ohio. I did find an error on my Great Grandfather's George Conrad Pfeifer's Find A Grave Memorial# 116196950. He did have a child named George William Pfeifer, however there appears to be more than one George William Pfeifer buried in Mansfield Cemetery and the wrong one was linked to him. The correct child of George Conrad Pfeifer is George William Pfeifer (1883 - 1924) who is listed in Find A Grave Memorial# 155944871. I would appreciate it if you could correct this and contact me when completed. Thanks again.

Yes! My mom is Sheryl Ann Thompson-Burcher-now Mark. haha. What a small, small world!!! Betty is my grandma and her momma. She knew who you were right away when I mentioned your name!
Thanks for the reply!
I found you because you posted a grave for my great uncle Johnny Burcher of John and Mildred Burcher, buried in Uniontown. He was from my dad's dad's side of the family. However, my great grandmother on my mom's side was Edna Cline. Her daughter is Betty Cline-Thompson-Varner. Small world!!! I saw you had connections to those names. They were of West Virginia around Parkersburg area. I'd be interested to see if you have any more of my family information--on either side.
I appreciate the transfer. Jill MacRae

I figured he was your uncle when I went to link him with his parents. I just have 3 aunts and uncles left. I miss all of them~

|Richard A. Nester||Starcher Cemetery|
Yesterday I visited the Starcher Cemetery on Henry's Fork in Calhoun County. The cemetery is not very large, and I had help from my nieces and nephews, but we were not able to located the graves of Edwin or Opal Starcher. There are several unmarked graves in the cemetery, and several with funeral home temporary markers that are no longer readable. It is possible they could be in one of those graves. There is also a second "Starcher Cemetery" in Calhoun County so you want to be sure you are posting on the correct one. This cemetery was opened by my Great-great-great Grandfather Andrew Jackson Starcher and there is an abandoned church located next to it if that helps any.
