I've spent most of my 70+ years in the Northwest (Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho). Genealogy has been my one addiction over the past 40+ years. (I'm the baby on the horse!)|

of deleting mine, as I didn't see where he was to be buried and assumed it would be where his little boy is but I have now deleted it.

you are so very welcome!!!!

The name is Lily on tombstone and other records also the date is clearly on there and in other places. Remember the census is not always correct. Names were a lot of times misspelled and also dates incorrect. You had to find other more reliable sources.

Honestly, I couldn't tell you as I did not take the photos. I recorded the names from the records from a book years ago and then a member of the WVGS came along and took photos at the cemetery. I don't even know where they are located at, as my records only listed full names (sometimes), burial dates, age (sometimes), and sometimes place of death.

Yes, the 3rd one I thought turned out to not be connected. Thank you for your help. I hope you can find out about Morgan. I'll check it too!

I'm aware of the identity of WB but I'm not positive he is buried there since he died in California and there are no dates on the stone. Do you happen to know for certain?

That appears to be Ethel marrying John W. Duffy with a son Clark Duffy. She was later found as Ethel Harlen living with a Claire Harlen on the 1930 census record but I don't think they were married. He was 27 and she was 40, but who knows. Strange things happen. Clarkn(misspelled)Duffy was with them.

Maybe you can connect Clark Marshall Girton to his wife, Emma Floto Girton #18336332.
Dtr. Ethel Girton b. Dec 1885 in Iowa is with her father Clark Girton on the Jun 1, 1900 census for Palmyra Twp., Lee Co., IL. living with Clark's sister Maria Jane (Girton) Weisz.
There were two Dixon Sun newspaper articles in the Lee Co., Gen. Society index for Ethel Girton, 23 Apr 1901 and 18 Jun 1901 re: graduating from Sugar Grove School in Palmyra township.
I could not find anything further. She may have married but I did not find her in other indexes on the LCGS website.
