My interests - as they pertain to Find-A-Grave - are genealogy, photography, Civil War and Oregon & Santa Fe Trail history. I believe that family members, however distant, make the best managers of memorials, and therefore most of the memorials I manage are available for transfer. I try to visit at least one cemetery on each of my travels, for new memorials and new photographs, to help preserve the history of families and communities.|

I just returned from the Riverside Cemetery superintendent's home. He showed me the records for Riverside Cemetery, which include John & Gertrude Bergner's grave. A Bergner infant is also buried in that plot. I submitted a request to the owner of the other memorial asking that they delete their memorials, as this grave is definitively not in Clinton Presbyterian Churchyard Cemetery. Thanks for bringing it to our attention so the issue could be resolved. If you would like to see the photo I took of the Riverside plot map showing the Bergner grave, I'd be happy to send it to you. With warm regards, Rhonda

Regarding your question about the correct cemetery for John and Gertrude Bergner (#134113994 and 134114317), I would not have placed them in Riverside Cemetery if they were not in that cemetery. I consulted with the Superintendent when I mapped that cemetery a couple of years ago.
There is a lot of confusion between the Clinton Presbyterian Churchyard, which is adjacent to Riverside Cemetery. To clarify, I just sent a note to the cemetery superintendent asking for the official record. I'll post his answer when he responds.

William Hill is my husband's great grandfather. If you would like for me to have responsibility of his memorial I would be most happy to do so. I have several links to add. Thank you so much!
|LGDSpurgeon||RE: Johann Haas (1875-1942)|
A brief search of the following records revealed no other family therein.
Census records (after their marriage in 1905):
1910 - Union Twp, Woodward, Oklahoma
1920 - Nickerson, Reno, Kansas
1930 - Plevna Twp, Reno, Kansas
John was sibling to my grandmother, so to speak, Dorathea "Carrie" Haas Knop. Someday, I will pull out the Haas Family book of records, that their sibling "Lena" helped to compile, and recheck John & Theresa's family group again.
My best regards, -L

Thank you for the transfer. Kjorlie is relation to my husband. Thank you for the information to do research. Have a good evening Cindy,

Instead of a transfer for Ernest, I placed him in the correct cemetery where you made your memorial. I have all the family information on the memorial I made in North Dakota. The family book with all the family trees, placed him in the same cemetery as his parents. I have very little information on his wife. I will delete my memorial of his wife Hazel. You have placed more information on her memorial than I. Could you please delete the memorial you made for Ernest? Do you still have the photo of their marker? If so, please place it on Ernest. I am adding the new information about where they are buried to the family book. Thank you Cindy.
