I started into genealogy in 1990 and enjoy tracing my family's history, and learning about the history of the area's my ancestors lived in. I take pictures of many headstones when I go to a cemetery, so if you see a memorial page I have and you are related, don't hesitate to ask for a transfer. (If you would like for me to transfer a page to you, please let me know by using the "edit" button since that will provide both a link to the page and a link to your contributor page with the necessary ID# for the transfer).|
I especially try to get photos of our veteran's headstones as I believe they have all earned, besides our gratitude and other things, the right to have a memorial page on this site.
Anyone wishing to use the photos, in their genealogy, that I have posted on this website are free to use them.
Anyone wishing to have memorials that I have added removed from find a grave need only send a request. I put the memorial pages here so that family members in search of ancestors can find them, not to offend anyone.
Names I am tracing: Boone, Musser, Baney, Boston, Kyttle (Kittle), Monroe, Swire, King to name the main ones.

Hi and thanks again Jay for your time well appreciated here.
Charles Henderson is, I believe, listed twice on find a grave list with two different Memorial #'s in Sec. A near or next to Margaret E Gamble Henderson 1864 - 1940, his beloved wife.
Our family is most proud of him as Bradford Fire Chief and Margaret Gamble who lost all three of their young sons in Titusville from illness.
Can you help to clear up this redundancy and link him and Margaret together?
Thanks Marilyn Packer

Jay, would you mind adding a short bio for Frank -
He was born in Buffalo, New York, the son of Etta Richards and step-son of Edward John Mason. He was a Buffalo Police officer who received honors as a patrolmen in 1931 and later became a detective. In 1919 he married Frances Ulm and they had one daughter, Theresa Louise and a grandson, Mark J Weisansal.
Thank you so much.

Thank you for adding me as contributor. I have added more bio information but I am not sure how to link their son Harry Arnold Papson 1874 - 1939 also buried at Forest Lawn Buffalo.

Please update Mr. Mitchell's memorial as follows: b. 30 Aug. 1920 (S.C.), d. 29 July 1998 (Buffalo, Erie County, N.Y.). Thanks...

Thank yo Jay for your work and help you have given to us relatives.
My question concerns the bio of George Papson - our direct ancestor. Family records show he had one wife Ann Marie Rea 1832 - 1915. It appears she is not buried with her husband George. Maybe she is buried with the Rea family?
How did you find Ann M. Dunsford? Was that a second marriage?
Check out our history on Ancestry.com :Packerm70 Papson Gamble Family Tree.

PS Incidentally we were able to visit Forest Lawn Cem. and visited the Graves of Harry A. Papson 1871 - 1939 (George's 1st son) and his 2nd wifw Blanche Gross Papson.
