RE: Daniel Klinger tombstone
Did you ever get back to the Shamokin Cemetery to get a better look at the Daniel Klinger tombstone?

Thank you so much for taking this photo. Would you mind also attaching this photo to the memorial for Daniel Yost?

Daniel Klinger tombstone
Were you able to make out any of the inscription on the tombstone? It is rather faded.

It looks like it might say "Age" on the bottom of the stone. If I could somehow get the death date and age at death, I would be able to calculate the birth date.

It looks like it might say "Age 8Y and 18...".

Shamokin Cemetery
Do you have any idea what number to call for info about Shamokin Cemetery, or who owns it?

David Roach- Shamokin Cemetery
Thank you so much for uploading the photo of David ROACH's gravesite (Oct.1838 -Jan. 26, 1904).
I am researching my lineage and I don't have much - this is a wonderful start. David Roach was my GTGT Grandfather; his daughter, Margaret Roach Kobel (1870 - 1907) was my GT Grandmother. She married a James Kobel and they had nine children, one being my grandmother Mary Koble Vial. (Somewhere along the lines, the surname KOBEL/KOBLE was changed.) I would to share information you might have on these families: Koble/Kobel and/or Roach.
