Some of us measure our lives in decades, others? mere days, or hours, or minutes. Some never get a chance. I hope that time never forgets any of us.|
My name is Dave, I am an honorably discharged United States Marine as is my wife Stephanie. I enjoy gardening, photography, history and geneology. I love the stories behind the lives and the memories of all we come in contact with.

Thank you for the photo of Frank Kilmer at Ft Snelling!
|Jeannie Scarber||Walter Glardon|
Thank you for taking the photo of Walter Glardon's headstone! I only get to Minnesota three or four years or so. It looks like you have a mild February, too!
On behalf of The Great War Doughboy Search, thank you very much!

Ha, someone else got it! LOL, there isn't much interest in that section so I was surprised. I was out of town. Thanks anyway and take care!

|Marshall R||Julian Dittmer Headstone Photo - Thank you|
Thank you very much for taking a photo of my great-uncle Julian "Jay" Dittmer's headstone. I've never had a chance to visit the cemetery. Your generosity is much appreciated.

Thank you for adding your photo of Thomas' grave marker onto his memorial page.
Hi Dave and thanks for claiming some of the Fort Snelling requests. So many to do! I'm sorry that I mistakenly took the photo of Ernest's headstone not knowing you had claimed his wife. If you've already taken one of his side I'll just delete mine and won't post mine for Ramona's side.

If you are, I would love to share/compare Purdy/Hollaway/Owens info with you
If you aren't, thanks for the hard work you have done for FDG. If it weren't for kind people like yourself, many of our loved ones would be lost to us forever.
