Ah yes. Outside of Gumboro. It's a hill in the middle of a field so not a formal cemetery perse. It is quite overgrown with thicket and briars I'm afraid. That's why I couldn't get any closer to that one headstone than I did.

Jefferson's father, Christopher Hillabold, and my gr-gr-grandfather, Martin Hillabold, were brothers. Did you know that two Hillabold brothers, Christopher and John, married two Collins sisters, Elizabeth and Arena Belle?

As best as I could tell I could only see two headstones. One that shows only the first initial of each name (first, middle, last) and then the other one that had the two names on it. There was so many briers, bushes, trees, etc. that it was almost impossible to get to.
Hi Rosalie. I just found Reuben's death certificate and have requested some additions to the DOB and DOD, and the county and city of his death.
If I ever get out to the cemetery I'll see if I can get pictures of Reuben and Clova's headstones for you. I didn't see a memorial for Clova and that surprised me since she's supposedly buried next to Rebuen. I guess it'll take a visit to the cemetery to get that answer.
|Sharon Foppe||RE: Clova McAninch|
Hi Rosalie. I found Clova's death certificate and it indicated she was buried in Stilesville Cemetery. I talked to Fred and Dora's son, Fred, and he remembered both Reuben and Clova and was able to verify information I found on her death certificate. He said she's buried next to Reuben.
Hope that helps!

I did some research on where Clovis may be but haven't been able to find her. I'll do some more in-depth searching and see if anything comes up. Next time I talk to Fred I'll see if he remembers anything. He was adopted by Fred and Dora and I believe Fred Sr's parents had already passed by that time. If I find anything I'll let you know!

Hi Rosalie, I just transferred William to you. If you provide me with your email address I will provide you with a list of everyone buried in the lot. Michelle (President of WCF) email@example.com.

I have transferred both to you. I knew them personally and their daughter married one of my husband's cousins. And their son and my husband were classmates.

I am researching my husbands family in the Bonhomme County region and came across a virtual 'bouquet' apparently laid by you on the Kiehlbauch Family Cemetery in May 2013. Can you tell me any details about this gravesite? Do you know what happened to this family of children in 1886?
|Susan Lundin Smith||Jacob Switzer photo request|
You are receiving this message because you have submitted a photo request for the above named person(s). I wanted to let you know that I will be traveling to that area from Dallas during the first week of June and I would be able to get the requested photo(s) for you. I do need some help from you tho. While I am in the Chicago area, I intend to get as many names off the list for Evergreen Cemetery as possible. The list is growing every day and is now at 263 requests! Evergreen Cemetery is near and dear to my heart as I have several of my own family members there. If you would please call the cemetery office and obtain the burial plot locations and send them to me, I will for sure get them for you when I go there in June. If everyone could get me the locations I could really get a lot of requests done but I can't do it alone! The office number for Evergreen Cemetery is 708-422-9051. You can leave me a public message with the information, or you may email me at firstname.lastname@example.org Please be sure to reference the requested names. Thank you!
