Bio and Links
Bio Photo I began researching my ancestry in 1976 at the age of 23. I was extremely lucky to still have many living grandparents, great aunts and uncles whom shared so much information, photo's, and stories with me. They have filled my life with the love of searching for more..."Family Ties are Precious Bonds that passing Time endures..." from poem by Elizabeth M. Gerus

NOTE: You have my permission to use any photo I've taken and posted on FAG in your own family research. A note of credit would be appreciated, but not necessary. (only exception please don't copy my photo's & put them on other FAG memorials...request and I'll re-post the photo for you) I'm photographing to share and for others to use...

John Gibis Sr.
Does John Gibis Sr. happen to be an ancestor of yours? If so, could you tell me the name of his parents? I am trying to complete my mothers family tree.

Harry Sites obit.
Sue,

Thank you for Harry's obit. I added it to his memorial and credited you.

What is your connection to the Site? George and Amelia were my mom's grandparents. My mother was the daughter of their son William (Bill).

Wanda.

Thank you sooo much!!!
Thank you for adding my great grandfather and two great-great uncles from Mount Washington Cemetery. Thank you for also finding their death certificates and even their deaths in the church registry. The death certificate of one uncle actually raises questions as to how my uncle died. Hope my grandma can help answer next time I see her as he died before she was born.

RE: Sanders
Hi Sue, I have received an email from Torkel, member #48106268 about a family in Norway. They are listed the Norwegian 1865 census on the farm "Sander". Do you have any info on Edwards parents? The census record lists similar names but birth dates don't match.
Thanks,
Bob Faust

RE: Annie M. Dailey (1883-1885)
Thank you for the detailed information,Sue. Are you related to Annie? She is my Great Great Grandparents,George F. and Cornelia Dailey's 2 year old daughter. Thank you for this find-a-grave service you provide.

Your name sounded so familiar to me when I realized you are the Editor to the DCGS newsletter where I have been a long time member. It's a small world! You do a wonderful job with this as well.

Annie M. Dailey (1883-1885)
I recently visited the Colby cemetery in Colby, Clark county, WI. to check on my Dailey ancestors gravestones who are buried there. I checked the Find-A-Grave site after I got home. I was surprised to see your submitted gravestone picture for Annie M. Dailey there. Where is her gravestone located? It wasn't nearby the John M. and Naomi Dailey gravestone and John M. Dailey's Civil War gravestone. I would like to see it on a future visit to this cemetery.
