|Stephen Roediger||RE: photo of Amos Heston headstone|
Thanks for letting me know. I will see if it is somehow possible to add that info. Your photo does look like St. Johns Cemetery, but I wasn't for sure.

on FAGM# 45116168, your photo of Amos Heston's headstone is provided. However, the owner of the memorial page claims not to know what cemetery he is buried in. If you could provide that info, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, I am a descendant of Richard and his daughter Martha. The only descendent I have for Eliza is Nancy Jean Wray. I'll have to fill in that branch sometime to see how we are cousins. It's always fun to find out about 'new' cousins! I haven't been able to learn anything more about Asenath either, and it just makes me crazy! Maybe one day we'll stumble across something. Thank you for considering updating Zimri's Find-A-Grave page to include Asenath.

You have permission to use the pictures for genealogy purposes. Thanks!
Thank you for photographing Betty Smith's tombstone. I am happy to have the photograph, but confused because she shares a stone with Robert, presumably her husband. I thought this Betty was the wife of Eugene Smith, but it appears that is incorrect. I may have been the cause of the confusion because I may have told her memorial creator that she was. I need to see if I can figure this out. Despite that, I do appreciate your time and contribution.

Thank you for asking Linda. You are most welcome to use the photo on his memorial.
The photos you added to the following memorials were taken by me on 18 February 2012 and contain my watermark (the word "fizzbomb" in red).
These are in violation of Find A Grave policy (see the first line under "General Guidelines" here) and U. S. copyright law. In addition, you are violating Ancestry's Terms & Conditions with the copies you have on your tree here and here as you have done three times previously. I filed claims to Ancestry on 5/20/2012, 8/15/2012 and 10/28/2013. Ancestry approved those claims and removed them. They were supposed to notify you not to do it again. If they did so, you are deliberately ignoring their instructions.
First, you need to remove the copies from Find A Grave immediately. Then, you need to write to Ancestry, admit you failed to have permission to post those photos and ask them to remove both the photo on your tree and the originals from their server (without this step, you will still be violating my copyrights). Should you fail to have all of these removed, I will file complaints against you with both Find A Grave and Ancestry.
To be perfectly clear: those are not your photos and you do not have permission to publish them by any media (print or internet).

I made the links for William's parents and added a date of death. If there is anything else you'd like me to add, please let me know. Are you related to William and if so, are you interested in managing the memorial? I'd be happy to transfer it if you'd like.
