Family history is a passion of mine. Knowing more about our ancestors and then locating their graves helps complete the story of one's life. For the last 15 years I have researched my own family history. I truly appreciate the service and time of strangers that have photographed my ancestors graves, homes and shared personal photos. In return, I have chosen to help others in their own pursuits of information especially with locating graves of loved ones. Cemeteries are exquisite places full of love and sorrow. As I photograph graves for others, I feel more closely connected to humanity.

Hi Jenny,
Thank you *very much* for posting for Thomas Hegarty (my great great grandfather) in Inch Churchyard Cork! The inscription also includes info for 2 other individuals that died a century later (TOM O'REGAN Inch Died 20. Nov. 1969 His Wife ELIZABETH Died 1. Feb. 1988). Was this actually inscribed on the same marker, or perhaps inadvertently merged from another record? Thanks again for your efforts!

Hi Jenny -- you uploaded information on this grave in Old Kilcorney Cemetery in Cork. I was wondering if you have a picture? I understand it might be useless since it's impossible to read but would love to see it anyway. I have a long-standing request for this particular site. I believe it is my great grandmother Ellen O'Connor (nee O'Sullivan) who lived 1847-1925 and was buried with her grandparents Cornelius and Ellen. Thank you.

Hi Jenny, Thanks so much for the pictures of the cemetery area where Stiles and other unknown soldiers were buried during the Civil War. I really appreciate it. Have a Happy New Year, Robin.

Hugh Johnson
Dear Jenny, I see you have listed a relative of my husband's Hugh Johnson in the Waringstown Holy Trinity Church Cemetery. Craigavon, Armargh, Northern Ireland. He and his wife Morland. Would love a photo of this grave and any more infomation on members of his family other than what you have recorded on "Find a Grave". His son William John and Elizabeth Hardy came to New Zealand in the 1860's. Hugh & Morland are my husband's 3rd Great Grandparents. Thank you so much for listing them, but as you say the photo of the grave makes a closure to those people and maybe gives a clue as to their parents, and so the tree goes on.

Kind Regards, Margaret Johnston New Zealand.

Sgt Walter L Martin
Wow, Jenny!!! You made my head spin with how quickly you got those photos posted! Thank you so very much. Walter's marker in Greenwood Cemetery has nothing but "Walter." Now his has his full name and story back.

Take care.
