You most certainly can post it to Ancestry and I both thank you for asking and offering to give credit. I also posted photos for Andrea and Eleanor and will make all the necessary updates once the memorials are transferred to me. Since these are not family members of mine, if you want them transferred to you, just let me know.
|Nancy Borman||Judith Thompson Thomas|
Your memorial for Judith Thompson Thomas 1779-1871 (#92287618) has her married to the wrong John Thomas. According to Maine Marriages 1771-1907, John Thomas and Judith Thompson were married in Bar Harbor on June 1, 1801 and according to Maine Births & Christenings 1739-1900, they had 10 children between 1802 and 1819. Since the John Thomas that you have her married to was born in 1818, it is not possible for him to be the correct person. John Thomas, Jr. 1777-1829 (#112411124) is actually her husband. They are all buried in Mountain View Cemetery in Bar Harbor. Could you please make this correction.

I entered an edit for my 2nd Great Uncle's mother. His mother was Ida (Lurvey) Mayo, Find A Grave id # 933832539, not Gladys Tompkins as is listed.
Would appreciate his memorial be updated.

I have just done a few date and place of birth / death for Rev. Gideon Mayo (my 3rd Great-Uncle) and his wife Elizabeth (Higgins). I've also submitted an edit for her name which was 'Elizabeth'. I hope you will allow these changes for genealogical accuracy.

Thank you. We do know all of that. We just can't find any records to actually verify his parents were Joshua and Margaret. We did find an 1880 Census of Woodville, MD. having him living with his Grandfather Richard. I'll keep looking for Census of Joshua III and Margaret that show him as a son.
|Vicki Wright||Margareta/Joshua Brashear|
Are you related to the Brashear's, or are you someone who post Cemetery information to find a grave? If you are related I'd appreciate hearing from you as I am having a hard time connecting my family to some. We only have word of mouth from Parent's and Grandparent's on the lineage of my Great GrandFather's parent's. His Mother and Father are said to be Joshua Brashear III, and Joshua's cousin, Margareta A. Brashears. So far we have found no records, census etc. to show them as the parent's of our Great Grandfather, Walter Jackson Brashear, b. 03 Oct 1862, in one record, but according to his WWI Draft Registration, 1854, d. 30 Apr 1917.

Please transfer her memorial to me. I have enough information to write her bio. My Find A Grave contributor number is 48575831. Thanks, Ron

You created this cemetery and I assume put the address on Find A Grave. It points to an intersection on Google maps. Can you give me any better directions so that I can find it and add a map to the page. Thanks.
