Bio and Links
Bio Photo Genealogy is a passion of mine from when I was very young. My grandmother told me wonderful stories about our families and I have been doing family history for over 30 years. I have traveled all over the world photographing family graves and writing books on my different families. I need another 25 years to finish everything I have started!

PLEASE do not add birth or death certificates to my memorials. Thank You...

RE: Thomas Read
There was a special bond between the Scotts, Reads, Carrintons, Embras, Venables, Wyatts, and Watkins families as I am sure you are aware. Thomas was my gggg Aunt Priscilla's brother in law. I am sure that Priscilla, Isaac and Thomas wanted those old ads removed. I just hope somebody will do the same for me some day.
Kindest Regards,
Thomas Scott

RE: Sadie Clifford
I appreciate your note. It's through sharing data that we all get further along to a better understanding of our family trees and our past. Hope you have a great day!

RE: Hobbs
It was not a problem. I was doing a little family history on my wife's side and noticed a few connections that were missing that people would like to see on your site.

What was really strange is that I may have actually worked with Milton Hobbs, Jr at Daniel Construction. Not 100% sure, but it is possible.

Karen, I see where you said you were a direct descendant of James Gaines and Mary Pendleton. So am I. I go from James to Rev. Henry Gaines & Ann George to Edmund Pendleton Gaines to Silas Gaines to Henry Johnson Gaines to Mattie Gaines. I may have talked to you about the cemetery where Ida K. Gaines was buried. I do have a list if you are interested. I was going to email you but I saw where some said their emails were returned. dfwebb@prtcnet.com

RE: Frank Gregory
You are so kind to say so. Not everyone wants to take the time to copy and paste info like you. I always smile when I see you are managing a memorial. Thank you for all your contributions to Find A Grave. Phyllis :o)

Photo for Memorial 97292735
Karen, thanks for all you have done...you've done so much to help on-line researchers like me find our ancestors!

Could you double check Memorial 97292735? The file is for Elwood David Upton, but the photo is for someone else.

Thanks very much!

Karen, thank you for entering him on Find A Grave-I have found this site to be very valuable in doing research.
I like to link as many family members as I can as it will always help others who are looking.
Happy St. Patrick's Day.

RE: Laura Herron
Thank you so much, Karen, for your kind words! I love genealogy and preserving the memory of those who have gone on before us, just as you do. I think we are probably kindred spirits in that regard. I don't do half of what you do though, and it is SO appreciated! Part of the reward of doing this is meeting wonderful people like yourself. Blessings to you for all you do!!
